Poor.
Pros:

Saturday morning breakfast was good. Just dissapointing that the manger told us late on the Saturday night that the kitchen is closed on a Sunday morning so there would not be breakfast, but they would make us a breakfast pack on the Saturday night that included a toasted sandwich with water and a cool drink. Who wants a sandwich made the night before, and especially since the rate included breakfast. We declined that offer of course.

Cons:

The mattreses were not great. Back was quite sore the next morning. Also when I called the day before, I was informed about their hectic loadshedding schedule, which nobody had made us aware of even though my wife had communicated with them on the Thursday. Michael has no idea how to deal with clients concerns. He asked if I do not read the newspapers, so that I would have been aware that their power was badly affected by the storm. Also that they don't have time to inform guests that they have loadshedding. Also, my wife contacted them on the Thursday to arrange for our room, which had two single beds, to be changed to a double bed. This was confirmed via WhatsApp by Michael. He could have informed her of the loadshedding. When we arrived there we got two single beds and the manager on duty had no idea about the agreement to change is to a room with a double bed. Apparently there are three managers. Poor service that we will not subject ourselves to again.

The staff was very warm and friendly.

Cons:

There was no bar fridge in the rooms as shown on the fotos. Tap leaked in bathroom. Small shower and 2nd room ONLY a bath. Not enough towels. Did get when we asked. TV did not work in one room.

Old country charm with very friendly staff.
Pros:

It has an old country charm. It was very central to everything we needed. The staff were so friendly. They made our stay even better.

Cons:

It is in desperate need of upgrade. The bathrooms need new tiles and just a general upgrade. Electric plugs are needed closer to the bed and some bed lights will be a good addition.

Pros:

Bedding was amazing, the restaurant is in the building as well with the best ribs! Also the receptionist is AMAZING !! So kind :)

Staff made the stay really good. The location on a main road cannot be changed but was unexpected.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff were all great. Free WiFi.

Cons:

Bedside lights would be nice. Tv instructions would help. Expect a showered option in rooms

Absolutely terrible service, no assistance when
Pros:

The location was fine.
We were handed the keys and from there absolutely no assistance and no one answering the phones for help.
There was no fridge in the one room and only one towel for two people.
The remote did not work for the gate and when hooting the security came out after about 30 minutes when we already had police stopping and trying to assist.
We woke up to closed gates at reception with no water facilities to shower and get done and no staff to assist. There was no breakfast and no staff with a locked gated reception area by 08h30.

Absolutely terrible service and facilities. We were in the area for a funeral and with all grieving, we did not have a good experience at all.
