Excellent location and staff
Pros:

The hotel was located in an excellent location. It had amazing amenities and the staff were wonderful! I travelled with a toddler and it was just perfect for us.

Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel pour un long séjour à Tokyo
Pros:

j'ai uniquement apprécié son emplacement et la possibilité de louer des vélos.

Cons:

Ce fut notre deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et ce sera d'ailleurs le dernier.
La qualité de l'établissement a beaucoup baissé et l'accueil est devenu très impersonnel
La chambre n'était pas très confortable : largeur du lit trop importante par rapport à la largeur du mur ce qui empêchait la circulation des 2 côtés du lit. L'éclairage n'était pas suffisant pour lire et il n'était pas présent de chaque côté du lit : une personne était totalement privée de lumière.
Nous occupions la chambre à 2 et il n'y avait qu'un seul siège pour s'asseoir.
Le fait le plus choquant est que l'on nous a refusé de nous donner des sachets de café soluble car la chambre que nous occupions ne faisait pas partie de la catégorie la plus chère. Nous n'avons jamais vécu une telle expérience dans un hôtel au Japon. Cet hôtel ne devrait pas être classée dans la catégorie des hôtels ****.

Great hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

New hotel , great design and large room with fab shower . Has a great little laundry and a small gym . Restaurant is also superb.
