Great Value, Location and Staff
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. We were travelling with an infant, and the staff accommodated our many requests - from changing the duvets to a crib, which was very thoughtful. The rooms are spacious. The location is excellent. There is also a Bistro on the venue which has amazing food. You get a welcome drink Juice/Sake. Overall great!

当然。下面我把“时差导致的小问题”自然地融进去，并稍微润色一下整体语气，让它更像一条真实、自然、热情但不过分夸张的德国 Booking 评价。

Nach einem langen Tag in der geschäftigen und heißen Sommerhitze Tokios war es jedes Mal eine echte Wohltat, ins Hotel zurückzukommen und von den freundlichen Lächeln an der Rezeption empfangen zu werden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich lieb, herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Der Ameyoko-Markt, der Bahnhof Ueno und auch der Ueno-Skyliner-Bahnhof sind alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt einen 7-Eleven, was im Alltag wirklich sehr praktisch ist.

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer und waren positiv überrascht, wie geräumig es war – überhaupt nicht beengt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Zimmer gut schallisoliert und alles war sehr sauber. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch die gemeinschaftlichen Waschmaschinen im Hotel.

Auch bei einem kleinen Problem, das aufgrund meiner eigenen Unachtsamkeit bei der Zeitverschiebung entstanden ist, wurde uns sehr schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Nachdem ich das Hotel und Booking.com kontaktiert hatte, war das Problem innerhalb von nur einer Stunde gelöst. Vielen Dank dafür!

Insgesamt haben wir über mehrere Aufenthalte hinweg ganze 12 Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Lobby etwas klein ist. Gelegentlich waren dort oder beim Frühstück andere Gäste ziemlich laut, was manchmal etwas störend war.

Abgesehen davon waren wir rundum zufrieden und würden uns bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Tokio ohne zu zögern wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!
