Me gustó los insumos que entregaron en el baño los shampoo, bálsamos, cremas y jabones son de muy buena calidad. Fueron los mejores de los 4 hoteles que visitamos en Japón. La ubicación es buena porque el sector es familiar y tranquilo, camas cómodas y personal muy amable.

A beautiful, comfortable hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Beautiful, modern hotel in a great location for easy walking access to the Ueno attractions. Staff were super helpful, especially Mone who assisted us in retrieving my passport that I had left in a bar across town.

Cons:

Nothing really to dislike. It was one of the better hotels we have stayed at.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Tokyo
Pros:

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Ich muss sagen, dass ich etwas vom Frühstück enttäuscht war. Verglichen mit der Auswahl im Mitsui Garden Hotel in Kanazawa fehlten mir die beträchtliche Auswahl an japanischen Gerichten. Rührei etc. kann ich auch in Deutschland essen. Ich hätte gerne mehr japanische Gerichte ausprobiert - ist wahrscheinlich der hohen Dichte an Westeuropäer bzw. Amerikaner geschuldet.

Perfect
Pros:

This is my second stay, and as expected was perfect. Breakfast was amazing, delicious, extra ordinary. Room set up is very convenient. Location is very convenient to center of Ueno, Okachimachi where famous shopping spots available.

Cons:

A small table in the room for PC could be complementary, as working in the room becomes a bit tough for the person who wants to work in the room otherwise there is nice facility available at the second floor.
