Great place to stay near Ueno station.
Pros:

Comfortable and good size room. Staff were all helpful and spoke English. There were a few really nice perks...for example, the razor they provided for shaving was the best I've seen at a Japanese hotel. Not a cheap plastic one with dull blades. This one had a wood handle and great blades. There was a B&O bluetooth speaker in the room which sounded fantastic. Plus the hotel is conveniently close to Ueno station but on the quiet side away from the crowds.

Cons:

Would have been great if it had a public bath (ofuro), but those are hard to come by in Tokyo.

Pros:

Great and chic hotel! Very convenient location near the Ueno station and very nice ambiance and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a lovely breakfast. We had a very comfortable stay for the end of our trip! Very convenient for the skyliner to the airport too.
