Cama cómoda, limpio, y personal amable en general

Cons:

Está anunciado parking gratuito y al llegar nos dijeron que no quedaban plazas de parking (lo lógico es indicar al menos que hay plazas limitadas). Preguntamos dónde aparcar, horarios de los parkings y coste y no supieron indicarnos. No vimos tampoco predisposición a ayudarnos a buscarlo. Resto de personal muy amable

Un endroit bienveillant et très nature
Pros:

C'est un hôtel agréable, géré par une équipe qui l' est tout autant. C'est pour ça que j' y reviens ! Confortable et très propre. Restaurant proposant des plats différents chaque jour et à un prix compétitif. Petit déjeuner varié.

Pros:

Personnel très agréable et hôtel très confortable. Grand choix au restaurant et au petit déjeuner pour un prix très sage. Situé dans une nature préservée.

Hotel familiar
La amabilidad del personal ( Dolors, Ana,Soledad, Daniel) nos hicieron sentir como en casa.
El desayuno correcto y la cena casera estupenda.
Era nuestra segunda vez y volveremos.
Gracias a todos.

No es critica mala pero hubiéramos agradecido una ducha por bañera.
Sin más por la edad.

Excelente hotel familiar para estancia en Soldeu
Pros:

El personal, tanto de recepción como el del desayuno y las comidas, es encantador. El hotel es muy agradable y cálido, de trato familiar. También nos gustó mucho la habitación, que tenía una parte con 2 pequeños sillones y una mesita, además de preciosas vistas. Nos dieron la posibilidad de dejar el coche en el parking del hotel (es bastante pequeño y está sujeto a disponibilidad). El desayuno, excelente, así como las 2 comidas que hicimos allí.

Cons:

En el desayuno (buffet) estaría bien tapar las bandejas con comida (fruta, embutido, croissants). La ducha de nuestra habitación no quedaba en la posición deseada sino que se bajaba y enfocaba más bien hacia la pared. Por lo demás, todo excelente.

Ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal (auch englischsprachig), ordentliches Zimmer. Insgesamt super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Frühstück war nicht überragend, aber OK. Abendessen war gut.

Très bon hôtel dans cette gamme de prix.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait, très proche des remontées mécaniques. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute. La chambre est confortable. Les petits déjeuners et dîners sous forme de buffet à volonté sont très bons, et il y a beaucoup de choix. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Cons:

Il manque quelques portes manteaux dans la chambre pour les affaires de ski.
