Super Unterkunft alles war bestens. Motorrad konnte in der Garage abgestellt werden. für Durchreisende und Motorradfahrer ein Muss. Das Frühstück war klein aber fein, das Zimmer super sauber … für eine Person optimal geeignet und das Service war top.

Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, las vistas, lo agradable y cómoda que era la habitación. Muy acogedor todo el hotel, rústico y cálido. El personal también muy amable.

Cons:

Por decir algo, mejoraría un poco el desayuno. Algo más de variedad, alguna opción más en caliente y productos más frescos se hubiera agradecido.

Estancia muy agradable. Habitaciones limpias, silenciosas y cómodas. En el caso de mi habitación, vistas muy bonitas a la montaña.
El personal del hotel una maravilla: muy amables y de trato cercano. Te hacen sentir como en casa :)
El menú de noche muy completo y rico y a un precio estupendo.
A 15 minutos andando del Valle de Incles y a 1 min en coche.

Sobrevalorat i podria millorar. Hotel familiar

Vull deixar clar que poso un 4, perquè pot millorar en alguns aspectes. Per a mi ara està sobrevalorat.
L’amabilitat de l’Anna (filla de la propietària) i Daniel és lo millor de l’hotel. Els llits són còmodes. Hi ha força penjarobes. És net. Parada bus al davant.
Terrassa molt bonica.
Menjador gran.
En si l’hotel per lo antic que es està molt ben conservat
Esmorçar molt correcte.
Però, té punts a millorar…

Cons:

Primer de tot, l’atenció o mala atenció de Milena, no entenc com aquesta camarera treballa allà. Primer dia va rebrem amb cara de pomes llargues, va marxar una hora abans del seu torn, deixant a una companya sola. Segon dia, seguia males cares, males maneres al demanar per posar els ous, mal educada amb un pacient major d’edat per indicar-li en anglès on seure, no sap idiomes. Parla alt amb altres companyes, mira el rellotge constantment, critica a companyes al menjador. Tercer dia: ni tant sols pregunta per si voldria quelcom, un altre cop escoltant-la parlar alt. L’altre companya la Sole, una mica millor, pero esbroncant a un hoste per venir a esmorzar a les 10:15h, estem de vacances.
Habitació: petita, coixins tant tous q acabes amb cervicàlgia, trobo a faltar una nevereta. No hi ha més ventilació que la finestra, potser un ventilador? Un matí sense aigua calenta. El wifi és tant lent que millor tenir una eSIM. Parking petit, però hi cabrien més cotxes si el deixessin vuit d’andromines. Has n’anar demanant constantment si tenen plaça de pàrquing.
En fi, em sap greu dir tot això perquè és un hotel familiar, però té molt potencial si milloren petites coses. Per a mi, que estigui puntuat de mitjana com 8’8 em sorprèn molt (em fa dubtar si Bots inflen puntuació)
