A Hotel jó helyen, megfelelő szolgáltatásokkat nyújt ahhoz, hogy élvezzük a segesvári pihenést.
Pros:

A hotel kiváló helyen van, az óváros 5 perces sétával elérhető. Autóval érkeztünk és a hotel előtt szabad a parkolás külön díj nélkül is. A reggeli pont annyi amennyi kell, van minden ahhoz, hogy az ember szépen megindítsa a napot. A Superior szoba és a hozzá kapcsolódó fürdőszoba is nagyon tágas, és egy kis erkély is tartozik hozzá.
A hotel udvara rendezett és tiszta (medence, napágyak, asztalok-székek, stb.).

Cons:

Egyedül az ágy az ami számunkra nagyon nem tetszett: rövid is, a végén hátsó ágytámla ami miatt a magasabb emberek lába ütközik. Továbbá a szivacs vagy ki van feküdve vagy csak túl puha, de olyan volt mintha csúszdában feküdnénk.

Pros:

L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione, è collocato a pochi minuti a piedi, dal centro storico di questa splendida città. La struttura è molto bella e ben curata, le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e ben pulite. Molto buona e varia anche la colazione, inclusa nella tariffa. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Incluso nel prezzo avrete anche il parcheggio, che si trova proprio davanti all'hotel. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura.

Uitstekend hotel op loopafstand van het historisch centrum
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer en uitstekend ontbijt.
Hotel ligt aan een doorgaande weg en is daardoor goed bereikbaar.

Cons:

Helaas was het zwembad niet verwarmd.

Great swimming pool
Pros:

Having a pool to slip in to after a morning sight seeing or shopping was fantastic.
Pool side was beautifully maintained, nice clean towels provided. Rooms looked recently decorated including the bathroom that was a good sise

Cons:

We were not told when ordered breakfast on the second day that it would be from the menu only and not buffet. Both being vegatarian usually we can pick through a buffet and get a reasonable breakfast and can have cereals. The staff were very helpfull with making some changes to the set menu for us.

Netter Zwischenstopp mit gutem Komfort

Sehr gute Lage und die Innenstadt war zu Fuß in ca. 5-10 Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Direkt an der Strasse, was bei geschlossenem Fenster machbar ist (Klimaanlage vorhanden)
Die Matratze für meine Begriffe zu weich

Lovely staff but on such a busy road
Pros:

Stayed just one night (thankfully) on a road trip round Romania
Positives: Staff were all friendly, we were upgraded to an apartment. There is ample free parking and is only 20 minutes walk (uphill!) from the citadel. We had a large room and a huge bathroom. We had dinner in the hotel which was nice, but we were the only ones in the room!
Negatives: Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives. We were on the 3rd floor with no lift and a narrow spiral staircase which was challenging to get a suitcase up. The hotel is on a very busy road, with many construction lorries which trundle past and the vibration, rather than the noise that kept us awake all night, earplugs don't work against the bed shaking! There was no kettle, just a coffee machine with two coffee pods, no milk and only espresso cups. Breakfast was plated rather than a buffet which was OK but of quite poor standard. There was no juice or fruit offered and only coffee (espresso) or green tea.The bathroom was huge but under-furnished, no table or anywhere to put your washbag apart from to balance on the side of the sink. The bathroom was cold and we also didn't have any hot water at all for a wash or shower.
It is a shame as the hotel is actually quite cute and the staff were lovely but I would guess it's struggling because of the road noise. Would not return.

Всё - от чистоты, уюта, стиля отеля, тихого района близко к центру, дружелюбного персонала, свободной парковки до соотношения цена/качество - на высшем уровне!!
