Cons:

A televisao nao tinha canais, a janela da varanda na trancava, foi solicitado um berço no ato da reserva tb nao foi colocado no quarto, pequeno almoço muito fraco pouca diversidade para relacao preço estadia

L emplacement, la chambre spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Le bruit des portes de l hôtel qui ne peuvent qu être claquées du fait du système de fermeture digitale ( heureusement que il y avait peu de va et vient). Le bruit de la porte d entrée autonome après 22h30. Notre chambre était juste au dessus (102).

Atendentes muito arrogastes., mal formados. Faltou água no hotel e liguei a questionar o porque é o atendente extremamente arrogante a dizer que quem sabia era os técnicos não ele, como se eu tivesse o número dos técnicos para ligar. Houve uma situação que disseram que não podiam tratar e tinha que ser com a booking e era mentira . Sem contar que ficou sem água da 8h até às 15h

dos meus dois filhos poderem ficar no mesmo quarto que eu e do beliche para a mais crescida

Cons:

não ter as coisas escritas em português, estamos em portugal e compreendo que venham pessoas de fora, mas pelo menos em português tem que estar escrito os menus, a informação de boas vindas ao hotel, televisão com canais portugueses etc
