Absolutely perfect 10/10! 🌟

From the very beginning, everything was amazing. They picked us up from the port when we arrived and even took us back to the port when it was time to leave, which made everything so easy and stress-free.

Everything about our stay was simply wonderful. The stuff is incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, and the whole property was super clean.

The location is fantastic! The sea is literally one minute away, which made it so easy to go for a swim whenever we wanted. The property is also very family- and child-friendly, making it a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

We also really appreciated all the thoughtful little extras they provided for the beach. They had beach umbrellas, beach mats, and beach towels available for us to use, which was such a lovely touch and made our days by the sea even more comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast was another highlight, fresh, delicious, and with everything we needed to start our mornings perfectly.

And a very special mention to Ageliki, who made our stay even more wonderful. She was incredibly helpful, warm, kind, funny, and always there whenever we needed anything. She made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. You can really feel the love and care she puts into the property and her guests. ❤️

Honestly, everything was 10/10. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Serifos, and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

A reggeli nagyon finom és kiadós volt. A személyzet rendkívül kedves volt, minden nap nagyon szépen kitisztították a szobát. Pompás volt. Mindennel elégedettek voltunk.

Ηταν ολα υπεροχα..!! Το δωματιο εξαιρετικο κ αν κ το ειχα κλεισει για δυο ατομα τλκ πηρα κ το παιδακι μου μαζι κ οταν ενημερωσα ηταν ολοι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Με το παρκο , με τα παιδικα σεντονια… Η μικρη μου το λατρεψε!! Κ εννοείται δν ηθελε να παμε ουτε για μπανιο στην θαλασσα λογω τς παιδικης χαρας στο κηπο. Ειναι πολυ ομορφο κ φιλικο περιβαλλον.

Hotel posizionato in un’area silenziosa anche se a pochissimi passi dal lungomare. La stanza ampia ed arredata con gusto oltre ad un ampio balcone. La colazione è ottima e le persone che gestiscono questo hotel sono fantastiche, dai proprietari alle persone che si occupano delle pulizie (tutto sempre perfetto). Se avete un’auto, l’hotel dispone di un certo numero di posti al suo interno e, qualora fosse pieno, non c’è alcun problema a trovarlo appena di fronte all’hotel. Sicuramente un’ottima base di partenza e ritorno la sera per visitare la bella Serifos.

Logement très bien situé à 100m de la plage et 1km du port. Logements très agréables, site également avec joli jardin où il fait bon se reposer, petit déjeuner délicieux. Hôtes très sympathiques qui ont pris soin aussi de notre transfert du et vers le port en début et fin de séjour.

Comfortable, super organised and luxurious rooms offering all amenities, 1 minute away from a wonderful beach. Great breakfast in an air conditioned area. Reasonable prices and very helpful staff. Dorkas Rooms made our vacation unforgetable! Totally recommended :)

Sehr nettes, kleines familiengeführtes Hotel, mein Zimmer mit Balkon war neu und modern eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend so dass entspanntes Schlafen auf super Matraze und perfekte Erholung garantiert war. Tollster Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser 3 minuten entfernt, nette Beachbar auch mit super Snacks.
Der kleine Hafen mit vielen Terrassenrestaurants bietet Abwechslung, ein bisschen Urlaubsfeeling und ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Dank Dorkas/Angeliki habe ich eine superschöne, wirklich entspannte Urlaubswoche erleben dürfen, ohne Touristenstress, richtig urtypisch Griechenland! Kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

From the very beginning, everything was handled in a smooth and organized way. We really appreciated being able to choose whether we wanted breakfast, along with arranging the transfer to the port at the exact time that suited us. These small details made everything feel effortless.
The room was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean, while the atmosphere throughout the property was calm and welcoming.

L'hôtel est élégant sans être ostentatoire. Tout était impeccablement propre, les espaces communs étaient très agréables et l'atmosphère générale était calme et reposante. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir.

Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but everything here made it so much easier. It was clear that families had been carefully considered in every detail, from the room setup to the breakfast area.
Our kids were especially happy to find activities waiting for them during breakfast, which gave us the chance to enjoy our meal and coffee at a relaxed pace. Small touches like these made a big difference.

Bellissima struttura, in posizione molto comoda. Staff e titolare gentilissimi e disponibili. Ottima la colazione al mattina, assistiti da uno staff di sala davvero piacevole e cordiale. Ogni richiesta e assistenza è stata veloce e cordiale. La bellissima spiaggia di Livadakia è molto vicina e raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggio disponibile all'interno della struttura. Siamo stati davvero bene e consigliamo certamente questa bella struttura ai viaggiatori di Serifos.

We really enjoyed our time here. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a day by the sea. The location was convenient and everything felt peaceful.
One of our favorite spots was the breakfast lounge. It was bright and inviting, and after breakfast it was the perfect place to enjoy another cup of coffee or pick up a book from the small library. It became an especially cozy retreat on the windier days.
The staff were always friendly and happy to help with recommendations around the island. Everything was well organized, and the warm atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. We left with wonderful memories.

Hotel ima mirnu atmosferu koja omogućuje potpuno opuštanje i odmor. Soba je bila udobna, doručak svjež i ukusan, a osoblje uvijek ljubazno i pristupačno. Otišli smo s izvrsnim dojmovima.
