Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクサービス、24時間ドリンクサービス、アルコール1杯サービス、ルームウエアが着やすく寝やすかった　

Cons:

24時間サービスと言っていたドリンクが朝早くチェックアウトするので使いたかったが、清掃時間で使えなかった事

Pros:

1.因剛住完同一旗下的博多車站筑紫二館，覺得房間太小，所以入住時提出想加價變成空間稍大兩張單人床的房間，但booking已提早扣款，櫃檯在語言不通的狀態下，盡力協助完成房間加價更換，態度親切/
2.早餐種類不多，但美味，只是住了三天的菜色都差不多。
3.旁邊就有商店街，藥妝需求或是飲食需求都很方便達成。
4.雖然沒有附停車場，但附近有很多的付費停車場，位置很多。

朝食は美味しくコーヒー等いつでも飲めるしアメニティも豊富でした。
雨でも駅迄アーケードがあり便利だった。
