Le personnel de l'accueil était très sympa et nous a aidé à envoyer nos bagages malgré notre anglais approximatif. Il est possible de prendre un thé/café gratuitement à la réception, c'est très pratique.
La gare d'Osaka est à 10min à pieds.
Le quartier est vraiment spécial et pas fait pour les étrangers. Les rues sont remplies de clubs chics avec des videurs dans les rues et des taxis qui viennent en file continue pour déposer ou récupérer les gens qui vont dans les clubs.
Il y est quasiment impossible de trouver de quoi se restaurer ou des magasins pour les touristes (à part des konbinis). Je conseille d'aller à Dotonbori pour se restaurer.
Quarto bem pequeno.
There were not much space in the room for our luggages. The check in process is none human interaction so we felt that real hospitality was not there. The room was not entirelg clean when we came. We saw a cotton buds on the floor and we think they call as " eco cleaning" is more of they dont have enoigh employee to do it. And unlike any other hotel worh syandard check out of 1100H they ars an hour early, and leabing your luggages or bags with would occur extra charges unlike the previous hotels we went too who did not charge us for leaving our bags...might as well get a coin locker while waiting for check in.
Hotel is super clean and staff is friendly
They didn’t have a microwave on each floor. If we needed something heated, we had to give it to the staff at the front desk. They would take it inside, heat it up, and bring it back. I was a bit unconvinced about that arrangement.
Location, price and staff.
Rooms were incredibly small. Not big enough for two people. Bed was very small also.

Very nice room
They really try to nickle and dime ya. Tried to charge us for throwing away a bag and they charge you to hold on to your luggage after check out. Not necessarily awful, but a weird practice given many other more affordable accomodations do not do this
