Location is great. Considering it opened in 2012 it's in desperate need of ongoing maintenance but other than that, it's good value for the price. The pool is great.
Starting to look very neglected and run down but staff are friendly and very accommodating. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and it's a great location.

The staff are amazing, nothing was too much effort. They also arranged a driver for the day and airport taxis.
Air con in the room is powerful and cold. Hot water in the showers - maid visited daily.
The beach is right outside the hotel, turn left or right and you can walk for miles without seeing anyone … fantastic
The menu is a little limited but I was struggling to find much else.
Maybe some music in evenings would be nice?

The overall aspect of the hotel is great to relax rooms clean and tidy. Staff are ok and responsive.
The place lacks care mainly the grounds could be an oasis is brought back to what it was. Really just needs some labour freshen up tidy up and some new pool chairs and dressing up
The staff where helpful nothing to much trouble and always had a smile, the food was always good. Nice pool with good access to the beach
The property is starting to look a little tired could do with a bit of TLC like new cushions for the sun loungers, while it is situated on the beach swimming in the ocean can be challenging because of the rock formations under the water.

It was a really nice place to stay. The pool is gorgeous, the food good and the staff were lovely
Amazing staff, always with a smile and eager to help make you feel welcomed, without any of the fake smiles. Room was nice, could listen to the waves while sleeping. Nice view to the sea in front , especially from the pool.
Facilities are getting a bit old, probably need some maintenance. Beach ahead of the hotel is very dirty, plastics all over the place with noone caring about doing something to clean it. It is not advisable to enter the sea because of the rock formations and the high risk of getting yourself hurt while trying to do so. We were disappointed from the state of the beach and not being able to enjoy it.
We really enjoyed our one night stay. We did not have any issues with booking.com. The payment came out just before we arrived and we weren’t asked to pay again. We got a transfer to and from the airport arranged by the hotel for 350 000 IDR. There were plenty of private taxis at the airport for slightly cheaper and we’d take this option next time. Our transfer was delayed (not by much, so not a problem) but on time to take us back to the airport.
The room is lovely, closer to the beach and stand alone. It has an outside shower and A/C in the bedroom. It doesn’t have a mini bar and there are about 40 or 50 steps to reception/ restaurant. The pool is just down from the restaurant. When we were there this was an advantage as there were people having a good time around the pool into the late evening. The restaurant has set hours but really you can order anytime in the afternoon. The food was really, really delicious.
It'd be nice to have a mini fridge as it's a lot of steps back to the restaurant.
The staff are amazing, all prepared to help with a big smile at all times. Beautiful beach, beautiful pool beautiful people
It was nice at the beach to see sunset, good swimming pool and nice rooms. The staff makes you feel at home.
