Oasis on Beamish Hotel

The location was perfect. Staffs were friendly. Rooms were clean enough. Shared bathroom was clean and big.

Stayed in this apartment before and it's really good for families and spacious. Location is good especially for public transport. Could work on the internet though. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Spacious, bed is comfortable. Clean towels provided. And if you stay on upper levels, people at the counter can help you bring bags (no lifts)

It was clean and very comfortable bed, daily room service and toiletries provided. Restaurant/bar downstairs had excellent food and drinks, sport tv etc. Location was great to city centre and all shops nearby.

I'm giving it a 1 because it is very large for a family that's where the positives stop, I paid $1400 to stay here 6 nights over Easter and was not worth the money, when we arrived it was filthy even blood stains on the wall, the manager was great and got the cleaner here to try and fix it straight away although he didn't do a good job, the apartment comes with a full kitchen that can't be used, dishwasher broken, stove broken,the stove works if U use the smaller plates but takes hours to cook simple vegetables we just had to buy all our meals, you get a couple of utensils in the kitchen there's a knife set missing 3 knives, ask management to come look at the stove after waiting 2 hours just told them don't worry about it we bought dinner can't wait all night, beds are comfortable but pillows are thin and crap ,there is no parking so U have to park in the local council carpark and pray U don't get fined, there's no elevator so not disability friendly,we got fresh towels the first 2 days then nothing after that and that was supposed to be apart of the booking, the furniture is old and stained,and the light from outside kept my kids awake they need better curtains that are blockout, I could just write a book about why you should not book here but I know for sure I will not be back which is ashame because we did love the size was almost as big as a small house...

Staff excellence

L'appartement est grand, bien équipé, il manque un séchoir pour le linge ou un dryer, L'emplacement situé au cœur du quartier avec beaucoup de boutiques pour se restaurer.

Sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal.
