Fantastic room. Staff was outstanding and very helpful. Room was very quiet for the location.

BRILLIANT PLACE TO STAY!!

What a wonderful hotel.  Staff are kind, courteous, friendly and caring.  Couldn't believe I would ever find a hotel like this in Manila. I have been travelling for almost 40 years and this would be by far the warmest and friendliest place I have ever stayed.
Location if fantastic, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all the things a traveller needs when on the move. The pool bar is excellent and thank you Fatima for your friendly service and smile.  Give that girl a salary increase as she is good for your business🙃
Breakfast was the absolute be all and end all of breakfasts.  Everyday was different and very tasty.  Our eggs and omelettes were made to perfection by Chef Ruben who also needs a salary increase for his attitude, service and friendly smile.
This is my GO TO hotel whenever I'm in Manila

Lovely stay in this hotel, with wonderful, kind staff.
Pros:

Great spot, room was spacious and had a good view, really comfy bed, staff are so lovely and attentive. They also were so helpful with storing our luggage for the day.

Cons:

Air con wasn’t working very well so we had a really warm room for the night which was a shame. Let staff know in the morning and they assured us they would check it out with their handyman.

Good value. Fun location. Would definitely stay here again.

Well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the aesthetic. Service was very professional and cheerful.

Excellent hotel …with amazing amenities and staff!!
Pros:

Wonderful property and staff …we arrived early into Manila and check in time was 2pm but they had us in our room before noon. This was a huge relief because we had our one year old son who has anxiety issues.

Cons:

Wonderful staff … very accommodating!!
