Great place to stay, probably best to book on special otherwise you get can get just as good cheaper
Pros:

Good breakfast but expensive. I ate out. Once again staff couldn't be faulted. Great location if you can stand the noisy motorbike traffic.

Cons:

The noisy motorbike traffic, Let me know when mufflers are introduced to the Philippines!

Excelente estancia en Manila.
Pros:

El desayuno fue formidable, así como la comida en el restaurante Tíabuela. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y las instalaciones del hotel siempre estaban limpias. Sin embargo, lo que más nos impresionó fue la atención de todo el personal, desde los que nos recibían en la puerta hasta el personal de la recepción y, de modo muy especial, el personal del restaurante. Nuestra estancia no podía haber sido más agradable.

Nada. Todo fue muy bueno.

Overall Good Stay
Pros:

° The very active location

° The corner room city view

Cons:

- Drainage smell in the bathroom most of the time, I belive it's coming stronger after taking a shower. I didn't why and I didn't reported it

- HK used a personal plastic bag kept next to the wash basin for disposals! Luckily I noticed and requested for a replacement immediately

- On the last day, the check-out call was at 11 AM not at least at 11:30 same as the before (before the stay got extended)!!! The receptionist wasn't able to explain why I was called that earlier than usual, she replied "this is a pre-departure call" only which I'm aware of!
