Fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff are super friendly and service orientated.
Pros:

Possibly one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. The staff are amazing and so proud of the hotel. The complex is exceptionally clean. Amazing views of the bay from our room. Inclusive breakfast with hot and cold offerings. Free pool/beach towls and free to loan beach umbrellas. Probably the cheapest drinks (even by the pool) in Baja. Oh and free parking!

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

Muy buena estancia. Repetiría.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, la atención, confort, desayuno, restaurante. Todo en general está muy bueno. Remarco la atención del personal en todas las instancias. Excelente.

Cons:

Estacionar es un poco complicado hasta que uno se acostumbra. Hay que utilizar escaleras en general para moverse. Nada incómodo , pero para tener en cuenta si hay algún problema de movilidad. De todos modos nos ayudaron muy amablemente tanto al llegar como al salir con nuestras maletas.

Une semaine de rêve.
Pros:

L'accueil, la vue sur la mer depuis la chambre supérieure .
Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Le personnel très à l'écoute.
L'excursion en bateau organisée au départ de l'hôtel.
Les magasins et restaurants autour de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Je me suis blessée au genou avant mon départ donc les escaliers s'étaient une galère. Mais ça, c pas la faute de l'hôtel.
Le prix des taxis est excessif.

The staff were amazing, everyone at reception couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and were so helpful - thank you very much.

Město je krásné, hezké restaurace, promenáda. Městská pláž je přeplněná a velmi hlučná, je třeba jít kousek dál kde jsou krásná a klidná místa. V hotelu výborná snídaně s krásnou vyhlídkou a restaurace.

Cons:

Pokoj byl malý a terasa/balkón nemá absolutně žádné soukromí - takové společně výběhy všech pokojů pod střechou u pěší cesty. Výhled na moře byl mezi keři když ho hledáte. Cena neodpovídala.

AMazing staff, great location, over priced in summer and not so accommodating to service requests.
Pros:

I love the location, the view rooms and staff was Amazing.

Cons:

I did not like the 10am check out, that’s way too early, the parking is not sufficient for all cars and it’s very hard dropping luggage check in or out and getting your car. I also didn’t love the value for the month. It’s more 2/3 star for the price.
