The staff was very good

Cons:

We had no hot water for our shower, we reported it to the desk who was very apologize and said he would have maintenance check it, however we never had hot water for our showers even after the maintenance checked it

GREAT Value and location
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was really great every single day. There is a coffee machine just around the corner from the bfast room and the quality of it was great.

Cons:

There were roaches on the outside crawling around the sidewalks everywhere when we came back at night - it was kind of gross and I don't blame the hotel but maybe get some bug company to come and spray.

Terrible experience. I try to give people slack, but this was too much.
Pros:

Not much. Location was OK.

Cons:

Both rooms were dirty. Room 1: blood in sink, dirty bed, tub didn’t drain. Room 2: large wad of hair in tub over drain, no hot water, 2 leftover bars of soap in tub, housekeeping tried to enter room when I said I was dressing and would have if I hadn’t used the extra lock.

Pros:

Lower level it was clean and spacious enough for three adults and a child.

Cons:

Bathroom fan not strong enough and toilet was plugging up but we were able to get a plunger from the front desk.

We picked on the place based on a previous stay & enjoyed it then, particularly because of the location & the am
Pros:

The grounds were well kept & maintained. The dining area for breakfast was well organized & had some decent options. The hotel room & bathroom were well stocked with basic amenities. The location of the property was ideal if you don’t want to be central on the main road in Moab & still close enough to drive into town or within walking distance of a few food businesses. The hotel was also decently quiet, especially at night & the guests were well informed to help maintain the atmosphere. Plenty of parking space & the Wi-Fi was good.

Cons:

In the dog area the poop cleaning station & garbage cans outside were full & had not been emptied during the 3 days we were there.
The breakfast buffet had decent options, but with some of the drink dispensers being out of order it would’ve been nice to have other options being given to replace them. Ie. coffee, hot water, juice, different options for milk like almond milk.
