Beautiful lobby and convenient location.
The lobby looked great, but the room quality was very disappointing and did not justify the price. There was visible mold in the shower, and when I brought it to staff’s attention, they argued with me and claimed it was “soap on the ceiling” instead of addressing the concern. The room felt poorly maintained and cleanliness was below expectations. I understand budget hotels aren’t luxury accommodations, but cleanliness and customer service should still be a priority.
It was clean and convenient
The location was great for visiting Arches and Capitol Reef National Parks. Lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel lobby was colorfully decorated in a southwest theme…very nice. The breakfast was good…plenty to choose from. Beds were comfortable, and we had a nice couch, table and chairs in our room to make it more comfortable. The staff was great…friendly and helpful.
The ice machine on the second floor was broken.
Nice rooms and location.
Front desk staff who checked us into our room, which we found had not been cleaned after bringing in our bags.Hotel Had issue with lack of cleaning staff. Which caused us to have to wait several hours. Cleaning staff had to come from another Hotel due to normal housekeeping staff calling in sick. Front Desk staff should not be checking customers in to a room that had not been cleaned and should have knowledge of what was going on. After confronting them about the situation, they moved us to a different room, which we found also had not been cleaned. Housekeeping staff volunteered to come down and clean the room we were assigned to. They should be commended for stepping in and making a customer happy, when the Front Desk could care less!
It was good.
Location was great. Breakfast was great… hit breakfast of eggs, potatoes and sausages really good. Staff very helpful.
Rooms nice and clean. Happy to have a hot tub.
When using the shower, the tin spout valve does not shut off, so it wastes a lot of water when taking a shower. Important when Utah is in a drought.
Standard breakfast was ok. Attendant for breakfast was great.
Nice location
Nothing
We picked a hotel that had a breakfast bar and it had a really great breakfast bar with lots of choices for the whole family to enjoy! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The room was clean and updated.
Maybe the parking lot could be resurfaced.
The location. Right at the heart of the small town with everything nearby- restaurants, convenient stores, gas station, etc (walkable) not to mention the arches national park and other activities.
The hotel feels a bit worn out with carpets and room furniture being old and feels dirty if not actually poorly maintained.
The location was good. It is right in town near restaurants and shops. Staff were pleasant.
We had 3 rooms. When we arrived, 1 room smelled like curry and another room had only 1 of 2 beds made. Housekeeping did make up the second bed. We were provided with febreeze for the curry smell but it did little. During our 2 night/3 day stay, there water never got hot, only warm. However 1 night there wasn’t even enough warm water and we had to take cold showers after a long day of hiking. Breakfast was free but marginal. The fridge froze the food we put in it.
It’s an older hotel so there’s some minor wear & tear, most notably carpets. However, the comfortable beds, size of room and location are fantastic. The staff was super pleasant and helpful-very accommodating where possible. We loved that housekeeping isn’t a daily thing, but could request it or anything we needed at anytime. With two BIG teen boys, the extra sofa bed was terrific. After traveling through the MIGHTY 5 national parks for 6+ days- the laundry facilities were much needed and appreciated! Family dollar, small grocery store and Dominoes Pizza just across the parking lot was super convenient too. Lastly, my autistic son was thrilled to use the indoor pool and hot tub.
The tv’s are not streaming “smart” so we couldn’t login to Netflix for my son’s favorite show but we made due. I think it would be great if the hotel kept a handful of the streaming sticks in hands to rent out daily. I’d have paid $10 a day and it’s much less costly than replacing all the tv’s. Next time I travel, I’ll pack my Roku stick.
Nice rooms with a couch and table, also the elevator was convenient for baggage and such
Could have been better cleaned
Breakfast was basic
They need to upgrade/remodel much of the hotel. Especially the pool.
