Pros:

Amazing location, great value for money. The room was spotless but extremely simple so don’t expect anything fancy. The staff were so so kind, would definitely stay here again!

Buona struttura camera pulita ampia ed accogliente. In centro 2 minuti a piedi. Su una via pedonale quindi molto silenzioso. Bagno comodo. Biancheria pulita. Nel complesso una bella struttura comoda ed accogliente

Pros:

The location is great, it's just a few steps away from the metro station sendlinger tor and marien platz, you can just walk around and its near the known attractions and areas. They were too generous gave an early checkin free from early morning when checkin is supposed to be at 3PM.

Cons:

Our room was on the 2nd floor and no lift going from 1st to 2nd floor, a bit difficult if you have heavy luggage like ours.

Die Lage war sehr gut und auch die Betten haben gepasst.

Cons:

Der Lärm ab morgens um 5 Uhr von der Fußgängerzone war heftig. Man braucht Ohrstöpsel oder ist Frühaufsteher.
