I love how spacious the room was and the location was perfect for food options
The gym required a few more pieces of equipment. There were no dumbbells, and the treadmill was not working

Excelente localização em Providencia, próximo ao metrô, restaurantes, mercados e principais pontos turísticos de Santiago (Mercado Urbano Tobalaba 1,5 km / Costanera Cente 1,6km) Hotel com ótimo custo-benefício para quem pretende explorar a cidade durante o dia e busca praticidade e segurança na região.
Equipe atenciosa, café da manhã bom e quartos limpos e confortáveis. Foi uma ótima escolha para nossa viagem e certamente consideraríamos voltar.

La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca hay restaurantes, cafeterías, casas de cambio, estaciones del Metro, supermercados, librerías, tiendas de mascotas, farmacias. Además, iba y regresaba caminando del Costanera Center.
Realmente nada me desagrado; no obstante, he de manifestar que solo pude desayunar waffles los dos primeros días de mi estancia, pues los demás días únicamente había pan, yogurt, fruta, cereal, café, té, leche, mantequilla, jamón, queso, huevos, salchichas, mermelada, mini donuts, brownie o milhojas...pero no waffles o pancakes. Por otra parte, el ascensor estaba en mantenimiento, por tanto, no funcionaba desde la recepción y se demoraba en los pisos que funcionaba, en consecuencia, subía y bajaba por las escaleras, lo cual no me era molesto (mi habitación estaba en el 5to piso).

La ubicación es excelente, en una zona tranquila cercana a restaurantes, cafeterías y puntos importantes de Santiago. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estadía. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y perfecta para descansar después del tour Además, el ambiente del hotel tiene un ambiente acogedor que hace sentir muy bien recibida.
El único inconveniente fue que el agua caliente no funcionaba bien en algunos momentos. Fuera de eso, la experiencia fue muy buena y la atención ayudó bastante a compensarlo.

La ubicación, el desayuno y la amplitud de la habitación
El lugar de la piscina. La pisvina es climatizada, pero el lugar donde está no está climatizado y siempre hubo puertas o ventanas abiertas. Es un lugar frío.
Excelente ubicación y buena relación precio calidad.
El acceso es extraño, se llega al segundo piso y hay que bajar a la recepción por la escalera. Falta modernizarlo.
