Dejligt og hyggeligt hotel. Alt var rent og pænt.

beliggenheden i en hyggelig historisk by. Alt inden for gåafstand. hyggelig gammel hotel

Cons:

Der var begrænset adgang til gårdhaven. Kunne ikke gå derud om morgenen og formiddagen. Ville være dejligt hvis man kunne sidde ude og drikke morgenkaffen.

damen der sad i receptionen ved afrejse virkede som om hun var træt af at være på arbejde.

Pros:

Muito bem localizado, próximo de todas as atrações de Rothenburg.
A equipe é prestativa, simpática e os alimentos e refeições servidas são de excepcional qualidade.

I was astonished to note the room had not been air condision when entering the room! I remembered Booking was confirmed the hotel had air condition rooms. When I asked to change the room, I was asked to pay extra fee.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist besonders hervorzuheben und es gibt dort sehr gutes Essen.

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/-innen, saubere Räumlichkeiten

Cons:

Möblierung (Sitzecke Zimmer 209 und Matratzen) könnten mal erneuert werden, Kleiderschranktüren haken und quietschen, umständliche Garagennutzung nur in Begleitung (200 m).
