Хорошее расположение, есть завтрак, чистая комната. Приятный персонал.
Одна из ламп между спальней и ванной работает по датчику движения, не пытайтесь найти выключатель :)

Cons:

Не очень хорошо проветривается ванная комната, но там можно открыть окно. Не очень удобно расположены розетки.

Wir würden nicht wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war grundlegend sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und wenn man Glück hatte, hat man sogar einen der beiden Parkplätze bekommen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren einfach eingerichtet, leider viele Stellen alt und dreckig, Spiegel verschmiert. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, wir wurden meist früh schon geweckt, weil über uns Arbeiten begonnen haben. Dort wurde viel gehämmert und verrückt, dass war um die frühe Uhrzeit nicht angenehm. Aus dem Badezimmer kam ein unangenehmer Geruch. Auf Anfrage einer Stornierung wurde uns abgelehnt. Bis auf zwei kostenlose Parkplätze vom Hotel selber, muss man außerhalb ein kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz nutzen.

Ziemlich okay.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut meiner Meinung nach, mein schwuler Kollege Dominik hats nicht gute gefunden und ist raus gegangen um Zigaretten zu rauchen.

Cons:

Dominik hat in der Armee besser gefrühstückt als dort, er sagt für 90 Euro kann man mehr erwarten als ein trockenes Stück Brot und ein klumpiges Jogurt.

Fim-de-semana agradável e repousante
Pros:

O Hotel encontra-se localizado num imóvel antigo mas remodelado, com espaços agradáveis e funcionais. Tem dois andares mas não existe elevador, pelo que o acesso aos quartos é feito por dois lanços de escada. Tem uma localização excelente, situado no centro histórico da cidade. O local é sossegado, o que torna o alojamento acolhedor e ideal para descansar/dormir. O pequeno-almoço é ótimo, com bastante variedade, devidamente organizado, estando os produtos perecíveis, nomeadamente salada de frutas, iogurtes, queijo fresco e leite dentro de um frigorífico com porta de vidro. De relevar a simpatia e zelo de todos os funcionários, educados, de fino trato e sempre disponíveis. Nota positiva para este hotel.

Cons:

O quarto não dispunha de um armário para guardar roupa e malas. Uma das paredes precisava de pintura e o friso do soalho, à entrada do wc, encontrava-se parcialmente destacado. O acesso aos quartos, em 1º e 2º andares faz-se pelas escadas o que, com malas pesadas, se torna incomodo e um pouco difícil. O Hotel deveria ponderar minimamente a instalação de uma cadeira elevatória.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, muito central, próximo de todos os atrativos da cidade de Ponta Delgada.
Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis na preparação do regresso: um pequeno almoço antecipado para a viagem e agendamento de táxi para transfer para o aeroporto.

O que mais apreciei foi a simpatia dos funcionários, sempre prestáveis e prontos para ajudar em tudo o que fosse necessário.

Cons:

Reservei um twin. Deram-me um quarto com 3 camas individuais, o que, tendo em conta o tamanho do quarto, tornava o espaço apertado.

Pros:

Breakfast variety good, staff very good. The beds were comfortable. The room was quiet with no street noise.

Cons:

The electronic room key slide allowed someone to attempt to enter our room during the night. The secondary inner safety lock did not function.

No elevator.

The location of the hotel is nice, it is in the city center. The reception staff helped us with changing the room, as one od the rooms was full of mold (I guess) and the new room was good. :)

Uma agradável surpresa
Pros:

Pequeno almoço com bastante variedade, superou as minhas expectativas.
A localização do hotel é muito boa, perto do centro e de bastantes restaurantes.
A simpatia de todos oa funcionários.

Cons:

A qualidade das almofadas de dormir.
O acesso ao primeiro e segundo andar, as escadas são muito altas e algo ingremes para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção.
