Pros:

Milý personál, vyšli nám vstříc a parkováním velkého auta, parkovali jsme ve vjezdu, ubytování v rámci možností čisté. Však špatně funkční sprcha. Celkově hodnotíme ale pozitivně, přespali jsme jednu noc.

O não ter persianas nem blackout nem cortinas. O dia nasce às 6h e depois é dia dentro do quarto. Muito difícil para dormir.

Polecam na krótki wyjazd
Pros:

Hotel w porządku. Na plus lokalizacja, klimatyzacja, winda oraz przestronny pokój. Polecam na krótki wyjazd do Ochrydy. Na plus też śniadania choć były dość monotonne. Ostatecznie dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Cons:

Myślę, że warto, aby pokoje były dokładniej sprzątane, a śniadania bardziej urozmaicone. Warto wziąć też pod uwagę, że śniadania są od 7:30 do 9:30. Po 9:00 już jest mało do jedzenia.

Fantastiskt
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Boutique Villa Arte. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was great, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we would gladly stay here again.
The receptionist deserves all the respect. He was incredibly kind, positive, and welcoming. He made us feel as if we had known him our whole lives. His hospitality truly made our stay special. If I ever come back to Boutique Villa Arte, it will be because of him.

Cons:

The only small issue was with the cleaning. On the third day we asked the staff if they could at least empty the trash bin. They said they would do it later, but unfortunately it was never done.
