Great Value Room near Ratchathewi
Pros:

It was another great option to stay at when in Bangkok. Perfect location, being a walk away from the nearest BTS station and it is surrounded with good food options. The room itself was clean very nice. AC works great and the shower has a functioning heater. Room service was also great, you can opt for a cleaning while you're outside. Staff was also very responsive and was a great help.

Cons:

They could have added more pillows on the bed.

This was our 4th visit and stayed at the same hotel , everytime but I’m not stay there next time
Pros:

The location used to be quite convenient now that metro work is going on , it’s hard to get taxis and not convenient to walk around or stroll

Cons:

I stayed there for 6nights , The cleaning was not done properly everyday and the night reception staffs were quite rude

Comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. Everything met expectations.
Pros:

Overall, we had a good experience. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything met our expectations. We didn’t try the meals, so we can’t comment on the food, but our stay was comfortable.

Très bon séjour au Bangkok City Hotel, très bien placé, nettoyage fait tous les jours, personnel souriant, et chambres c
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable dès le premier jour jusqu’au dernier, souriant, bonjour à chaque regard de croisé!

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est l’insonorisation au niveau du couloir devant les portes de chambres mais principalement dû aux autres clients pas très respectueux, mais globalement très bon hôtel.

Good hotel to stay for your vacation or holiday :)
Pros:

The staff were friendly and one of the staff speaks good English so it was easy for me to communicate. The staff cleans the room everyday. I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone :)

Cons:

There were lots of small ants in the room even if the room were clean. I don’t know why.
