Good location, but overall, the hotel is not worth the money.
Pros:

Great location, free parking right outside the hotel, and good food at breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

The lunch included in the all-inclusive package was really disappointing. On the first day, we only got soup with sausages in it, and on the second day, lasagna, which I couldn’t even eat. That was the whole lunch, apart from drinks.

The coffee machine was terrible. For some reason, all the coffee tasted like cocoa, so we couldn’t get a decent cup of coffee during our stay.

The rooms are not very well equipped. Since the hotel has a pool, we needed somewhere to hang our wet swimsuits and towels, but there was simply nowhere to put them. We asked the staff if they had a drying rack or something similar, but they just said no and didn’t try to help.

The bathroom in our room was also very small, with almost no space to put our things.

We also visited the kids’ room with our child, but it was very disappointing. It was in a basement-like area, with toys just piled up everywhere. The room looked abandoned, and we didn’t see a single other child there during our stay.

U potpunosti nezadovoljni.
Pros:

Malo selo je oke, sve ostalo jako loše.

Cons:

Sobe i namještaj su stari, sve ima neugodan miris, grijanje nije radilo najbolje, iako smo bili jednu noć morali smo platiti za dvije noći jer smo tako prvo dogovorili. U potpunosti nismo bili zadovoljni odlučili smo napustiti hotel dan ranije. Ne preporučujem! Treba jako velika obnova hotelu.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Internet ist schnell und funktioniert gut. Hunde sind nach vorheriger Anfrage erlaubt. Dafür fallen 21 € pro Tag

Leider gibt es auch einige negative Punkte.

Das Personal im Restaurant war leider unfreundlich. Außerdem wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, dass Kaffee und Tee beim Abendessen als Getränke von der Bar gelten und separat bezahlt werden müssen. Das hat uns sehr überrascht, da wir unseren Kaffee und Tee selbst zubereitet haben und uns niemand angeboten hat, diese Getränke zu servieren.

Bereits am ersten Tag baten wir darum, zwei Tische zusammenzustellen, damit wir gemeinsam mit einer anderen Familie frühstücken können. Uns wurde zugesagt, dass dies erledigt wird, aber leider ist nichts passiert.

Auch die Auswahl an Speisen war eher begrenzt.

Insgesamt gibt es in diesen Bereichen noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

hotel in een mooie omgeving met zeer goed personeel.

Mooie locatie, rijkelijk ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

inrichting kamers wat gedateerd, te kleine krappe badkamer (inloopdouche wel ruim). De aanwezigheid van maar 1 lift.

位置离Gosau Abzw公交站走路七分钟，有一点点坡度。桑拿设施很舒服，酒店晚餐buffet非常美味丰盛，强推荐。酒店离戈绍车来车往的主大路有点距离，背靠牧场和森林，比较安静。晚餐餐厅的服务员特别那位走路风风火火的小伙子，他非常周到，尽管他忙的不可开交，他仍然尽力及时照顾每一个客人。他对我们非常友善。

Cons:

我们被告知Booking预定的舒适双人间只能住到零层的房间，如果是这样最好在Booking页面进行说明。房间一进去就听到不停的巨大机器噪音，检查以后发现是冰箱，告知前台维修以后我们出去了，回来发现她们就是把冰箱电拔了，倒是不吵了。盒装面巾纸入住时就只有两张，后面并没有补充。我们入住期间早餐晚餐被分配了一张固定的桌子，它位于一个光线暗淡的角落，面对一辆放着备品的推车，旁边是一个空置的黑乎乎餐厅。酒店的餐厅分成内厅和外厅，内厅装饰豪华而且有明亮的景观大窗，欢声笑语。不知基于什么规则，有一些客人和我们一样不幸被分到外厅。挤在一溜小桌子里。我们住了两晚，四顿饭都在这个昏暗角落里吃。 这个问题我在之前客人评论里也看到过，没想到也发生在我们身上。这似乎并不是没有桌子了的问题，因为第二天有一些刚到的客人坐进了漂亮的内厅。
