Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Great location, great pool, rooms comfortable and all of the staff are fantastic. We’ve stayed here twice and will be booking again next year.

a perfect getaway place with comfy bed and stunning views, little spa feels very private and cozy
Pros:

A lovely gem in the beautiful holiday village of Morzine. Room was comfortable and spacious, mountain view - absolutely gorgeous and the spa was this little extra that made the stay especially great. Friendly, gentle and accommodating staff. Will be surely coming back!

Cons:

We were forced to cancel as the hotel claimed they had not received our payment. We do not know where our money is. We were in contact with the hotel and our bank. We also reported this to booking.com. We've had no help!

Everything you need
Pros:

Everything - transport links to ski resorts was great, location far enough away from the nightlife noise but close enough to walk (both before and after drinks). Staff were great, rooms were great for our purposes (clean and modern), facilities were great (fantastic to have sauna / steam room after a day on the slopes). I'll be looking to come back for a MTB trip, and possible return next year for a 2nd Snowboard trip.

Nice hotel, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great rooms, views, very friendly staff. Close to bus service to get to ski lifts.
