Pros:

The location is excellent as it's just a stone throw from the mall. The reception was beyond my expectations as we were offered a room long before the check in time. Those guys at reception were really amazing.

Cons:

The breakfast was not really so good..but maybe it goes with the budget.

all the other things were good.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and fresh; I did enjoy it a lot. Also, the swimming pool is big enough and clean.

Cons:

When someone forgot to choose something like a bed, at least give that person a chance to choose a bed. like me and my husband, we forgot to choose if the bed was going to be single or double, and we ending up sleep in two single beds

A pleasant stay. Have stayed here before and will certainly visit again.

Comfortable, clean, good location. Friendly staff at reception.

Cons:

Hot breakfast options for vegetarians were not available on all days and were very limited. Why not offer baked beans, roasted potatoes, or sauteed mushrooms, which all guests can enjoy?
