Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns gleich wieder wohl gefühlt! Das Frühstück war recht vielseitig, allerdings hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass eine größere Auswahl an dunklen Brötchen zur Verfügung gestanden hätte!

Der Hotelaufenthalt wird von mir weiter empfohlen.
Pros:

Freundlicher Service. Gutes bis sehr gutes Frühstück. Der Saunabereich ist zum Wohlfühlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt die Gäste.

Pros:

Staff was super kind to accomodate all my requests.
They have nice saunas and excellent breakfast.
The bed is really comfortable.

Cons:

Cleaning should be better, there were several spider webs in different parts of the room.
The room is quite small and the pillow is too low and too soft.
In the building where I was there is no lift.

Cons:

Es war dreckig, Haare in der Dusche , es wurden abgelaufene Produkte am Frühstück angeboten . Daher sind wir auch schon nach einem Tag abgereist und mussten uns ein neues Hotel suchen. Geld habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten obwohl ich nur 1 Tag da geschlafen habe statt 3 . Würde ich aufkeinen Fall weiter empfehlen

Zwei erholsame Nächte in einem Hotel trotz unmittelbarer Nähe zur Autobahn mit sehr freundlicher Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Gefallen hat mir die Nähe zu Düsseldorf und erkrath unweit der Autobahn. Dazu sehr tierlieb. Unser Hund wurde herzlich willkommen geheißen ohne Extraspreis. Die Zimmer sind gut isoliert, so dass es leise ist. Weder Nachbar und Autobahn sind zu hören (bei geschlossenem Fenster). Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und ist jedem Wunsch nachgekommen.

Hochzeits-Übernachtung am Stadtrand
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer, freie kleine Mini-Bar, grosses Bett, grosser TV. Wir durften an unserem Hochzeitstag früher einchecken um uns etwas auszuruhen und das Personal war unglaublich freundlich - Vielen Dank!
