Pros:

The property was not as clean as we expected. The hotel feels a bit old and, in my opinion, it was quite expensive for what it offers. I think the hotel could really benefit from some renovation and modernization.

That said, it was the only hotel available in the city when we booked, so it worked for what we needed for our stay.

Pros:

La situación del hotel, muy cerca de la plaza del ayuntamiento, con cafeterías y bares cercanos. El hotel tiene muy buena presencia y se nota que en su día ha sido un gran hotel.

Cons:

La limpieza y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones es deficiente. Por otro lado quisimos contratar el desayuno, nos dijeron que no había bufé precintratado, que en la cafetería se podria desayunar , pero luego pudimos ver qué si que hay un restaurante donde desayunaban otras personas alojadas. Es decir, por alguna extraña razón nos informaron mal.

Pros:

Reservé habitación para el fin de semana y estuve muy agusto. La habitación amplia,la cama bastante cómoda,la presión del agua en la ducha buena y el servicio en recepción muy amable.

Cons:

El pasillo donde se encuentran las habitaciones es bastante largo y se escuchaba todo lo del exterior (cuando llegaban/salían,conversaciones,los carritos de la limpieza...)

Cons:

Habitación maloliente con olor a cañerías. Las almohadas tenían pelos y para colmo encontramos una cucaracha encima de la cama(incluyo foto) e insecto incalificable en la ducha. Inadmisible e impresentable para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Ni en el tercer mundo
