Pros:

Znakomita lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko- dworzec PKP, naprzeciwko Planty, przystanki tramwajowe. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Miałam pokój od ulicy, przystanek tramwajowy na dole- okna wyciszały całkowicie uliczny hałas. Życzliwa obsługa.

Pros:

The location and atmosphere were good
The hotel interior is maintain perfectly
Very clean

Cons:

I didn't see anyone, but the receptionists who ware realy heplfull
The location was perfect
The only one problem was the night traffic which create a noise that was unpleasant after 23:00

Historic hotel, interesting building and period furniture in the hallways. Functional room, very close to the train station, good breakfast.

Good location and luxurious looking rooms.
Pros:

Almost everything, the bed was super comfy, AC was really nice and clean bathroom. Also the location itself. Idk what maps say, but 2 mins from the Krakow Gallery and 10 Mins walk from the rynek.

Cons:

Just a recommendation, i would include shower caps and the hair dryer was only working for like 1 minute and then it turned off, we had to wait and then again the same cycle. :(

Pros:

Bel immeuble de caractère, ambiance un peu rétro, excellent restaurant, plats excellents et bien présentés, carte des vins comportant plusieurs productions intéressantes de vignobles de la région, en blancs et en rouges. Bon buffet pour le petit-déjeuner. Hôtel bien situé à l’entrée de la vieille ville avec de nombreuses possibilités de parking alentour.

Cons:

Comme très souvent en Pologne, appareil de télévision ancien, ne permettant d'accéder à aucune chaîne qui ne soit pas polonaise alors qu’une smart TV nous aurait offert un vaste choix de chaînes internationales ainsi que d'accéder aux films de notre abonnement Netflix. L'hôtellerie polonaise devrait faire plus d'efforts pour sa clientèle internationale.

La ubicacion del hotel, desayuno completo. La habitacion quedo en el pasado, necesitaria una actualizacion.

Nice place to stay in krakow, would visit again. But keep in mind the noise from outside.
Pros:

It’s like a time capsule, very well preserved old building, however it is an old building. Excellent location!!! Nice friendly stuff.

Cons:

It is an old building, and that has its problems (no sound proofing). It’s a very busy road outside, with trams and buses passing all day and night. Breakfast was medium.

Excelente localização .
Pros:

Localização perfeita . Perto do shopping , da cidade antiga , castelo de wawel e central de trens . O quarto de bom tamanho é modernizado . Máquina de café e cafeteira no quarto . Café da manhã bom .

Cons:

A recepção e áreas comuns muito antigas . O que poderia até ser um charm , está com cara de velho .
Nenhum tipo de amenidades no banheiro .
