Ok ale hałas tramwaju nie daje spać.
Pros:

Lokalizacja idealna dla osób przyjeżdżających pociągiem i jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Śniadanie na piątkę z plusem,wszystko co potrzeba,dodatkowo w ładnej przestrzeni.

Cons:

Jeden ale istotny minus to hałas z zewnątrz - linia tramwajowa od godz. 5ej rano BARDZO hałasuje. Gość hotelowy się nie wyśpi.

Nice and easy stay in Krakow
Pros:

Perfect location. Walking access to the train station, a big shopping center, and old town where everything are. Also just near a tram stop too, so you can go anywhere in the city’s other parts quickly.
Historical hotel building from outside and inside, with renovated lobby and rooms. Quite large breakfast. Wide and comfortable room and bathroom.

במילה אחת- בסדר. בשתי מילים - לא בסדר!!
Pros:

המלון ממוקם במקום מהטובים באזור העיר העתיקה, על צומת תחבורה ציבורית וליד קניון גדול ותחנת רכבת, לכאורה אין טוב מזה.
האוכל מצויין ומגוון גם במסעדה (פולני).
חדר גדול מאד ,ממוזג, מואר , וצופה לעבר העיר העתיקה והקניון הגדול,

אין מטפחות - אף בחדר (אלמנטרי, ווטסון)
והכי נורא - החדר הענק, הזול יחסית, אינו אטום לרעשי החשמליות ולרעידות המבנה בעת חציית מסלולים של קוים אחרים, ויש הרבה תנועה.
כדי לישון, צריך להיות עייפים ורצוצים או חרשים, לא עלינו.
לאנשים שאינם עונים על הקריטריונים הללו לא כדאי להגיע למלון אם ברצונם לישון כהלכה.

A lovely 3 star hotel in a great location at a good price. Would stay here again.

Excellent Location, within walking distance of the main square and the main shopping centre is just across the road as is the train station.

Cons:

There is limited storage for clothes, some additional shelving or drawers would help.

Emplacement idéal, mais nuits difficiles à cause du bruit

Emplacement exceptionnel en plein centre de Cracovie, à proximité immédiate de la vieille ville, de la gare, des commerces, restaurants et principaux sites touristiques. Chambre Deluxe très spacieuse avec balcon, literie confortable et bon petit-déjeuner varié. Parking disponible à proximité.

Cons:

Chambre donnant sur une artère très fréquentée avec passage de tramways à intervalles rapprochés. L'isolation phonique est insuffisante et les vibrations se ressentent jusque dans le lit lors du passage des tramways. Les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants, ce qui laisse entrer la lumière très tôt le matin.

Great Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The location was also very convenient to main square and Krakow Gtowny. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Ideale Lage und nettes Ambiente
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, da sowohl der Bahnhof als auch die Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Direkt vor dem Hotel halten verschiedene Straßenbahnen. Unser Zimmer ging in den Innenhof, daher war es relativ ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Die Matratze war viel zu weich und in den Ecken und unter dem Bett lag noch Staub

The hotel is old, and the rooms are very noisy because of the tram outside. The sound comes through the old windows easily. The furniture is also old and outdated.
