Me gustó mucho el desayuno muy completo, la limpieza de la habitación, comodidad, tranquilidad. El estilo colonial.
El hotel es muy acogedor, el personal muy amable y la habitación estaba impecable.

Todo estuvo super bien. Buena atención, el lugar muy tranquilo con una vista hermosa y el desayuno super bueno.
Lo único que no me gustó tanto fue la tele de la pieza ya que era un poco pequeña y no tenia muy buena señal.
Lo que más me gusto es que está ubicado en la rivera del río, con hermosos jardines y, además muy cerca del centro de l ciudad

El lugar es lindo pero el internet el cable la luz se iba a cada rato y es bello el lugar pero queda muy alejado del centro no hay nada cerca para comer ya que el restorante del hotel solo tiene platos específicos pero la mayoría son caros salvo dos o tres los demás pasan los 20 mil solo el el plato

La cama,, sugiero cambiar colchón,, se ve que es antiguo y no es cómodo.. pienso que un Hotel es para descansar por lo que su cama, sábanas y almohadas son demasiado importantes …

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, su personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno.
Sólo le falta ofrecer servicio de almuerzo-cena
Excelente lugar, esta ubicado donde era un ex astillero.
La ubicacion es un poco lejana de los lugares para comer y esas cosas... Pero en uber uno se mueve a muy bien precio.
La ubicación en un sector histórico... y a orillas del río.. un edificio que recuerda el pasado naviero de la ciudad y que se mantiene activo.
La vista, frente al río con unas instalaciones que te invitan a relajarte, muy amables todos
Por ser un grupo familiar utilizamos tres habitaciones en tres edificios del hotel, y se notaba la diferencia entre los más nuevos ( remodelados) y los antiguos, y el hecho de ir en invierno en donde se debe pasar por el exterior entre los mismos
