Cons:

De partida no podías llegar un poco antes del check in, si andas a pie es lejos del centro de valdivia, llegamos y el conserje no fué claro con las indicaciones nosotros comentándole que saldríamos tarde y no sabíamos la hora de llegada como para después poco mas el poner la hora que debiéramos llegar, las habitaciones no cuentan con tele smart, en pleno 2026 y la tv aun con el cable antiguo, y aparte de eso debes agendar la hora a la que quieres desayunar, nada que decir de la gente de cocina, rápido y reponían constantemente.

Daria una segunda oportunidad.
Pros:

El desayuno esta bien y la ubicacion esta muy buena.

Cons:

La cama es algo dura y demasiado pequeña para el tamaño de la habitación. Además, hubo cortes de luz constantes durante la estadía y el servicio del restaurante no fue muy bueno.

Agradable y cómodo.
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno, ubicación lejos de la ciudad a orillas del rio, las habitaciones amplia, ducha super buena, confort, calefacción, atención super bien, muy cordiales y simpáticos.

Cons:

El restaurante, mediocre. Lo poco que ofrecen deben mejorar la calidad. Además es muy caro para la calidad de producto que ofrecen.

Le haría bien una mejora.
Pros:

El personal muy amable en todo momento, facilitando todo lo necesario. La vista del lugar muy bonita y el lobby del hotel muy bonito. Muy bien calefaccionado, estaba calentito y eso se agradece mucho en días tan fríos.

Cons:

El sector de las piezas es muy antiguo. Íbamos con maletas grandes, subirlas y bajarlas por escaleras. La pieza antigua con lo básico, almohadas incómodas, baño pequeño, muy incómodo. Toallas incluso rasgada. Sin detalles para la llegada que a veces hacen la difrencia. Lamentablemente veníamos de un hotel con un costo similar, pero con muchas comodidades e inversión en los clientes y en materiales de calidad.
