Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel à 10 minutes de l’aéroport. Petit déjeuner buffet très bon. Tout est propre, lit très confortable.
Personnel accueillant.
Restaurant pas cher et très bon.
Station service juste à côté, très pratique pour faire le plein avant de déposer la voiture à l’aéroport.

The front facing rooms do pick up traffic noise. A chair and coat hangers would be useful, they were not in the room.

Me gusto que esta cerca del aeropuerto y cerca de Tirana, la camada muy comoda

Cons:

No me gusto el desayuno.. es el típico bufet de poca calidad! Fue el final del viaje, y de todas ma estancias que cogimos este fue el peor deayuno! Nuestra habitación, no tenia nevera pequeña… para mantener el agua! 🥲

Niestety pobyt w tym hotelu nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. O ile sam hotel i pokój były czyste, to na tym kończą się pozytywne wrażenia.
Udogodnienia, które według opisu miały być dostępne w pokoju, w rzeczywistości nie były dostępne, co było dla nas dużym rozczarowaniem.
Największym minusem jest jednak podejście personelu do gości. Obsługa na miejscu była nieuprzejma, a sposób komunikacji pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Na zadawane pytania otrzymywaliśmy odpowiedzi w prześmiewczym tonie i mieliśmy wrażenie, że jesteśmy traktowani z góry. Zabrakło podstawowej uprzejmości i szacunku wobec klienta.
Niestety, mimo odpowiedniego poziomu czystości, atmosfera oraz podejście personelu sprawiają, że nie możemy pozytywnie ocenić naszego pobytu.
