Memnun kaldik, özellikle resepsiyondaki gorevlilerden
Pros:

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardimsever. Her sorunumuzu ictenlikle çözduler. Oteldeki her olanaktan cok memnun kaldik. Onunden otobus geciyor ulasim cok pratik.

Very good value for money
Pros:

Staff is excellent, super friendly, they really make the difference
Breakfast was a nice surprise too, excellent value for money. The location is very good, very close to the central station and walkable distance to the city centre. Every day we had fresh complimentary water bottles provided in our room, which really helped because the weather was very hot.

Cons:

The building is clearly outdated. We couldn't close the bathroom window, and two from three night lamps didn't work. There are stairs and no ramp at the entrance and you need to go down some other stairs to get to the lift, which leaves you in a space where you need to go down/up some other stairs. We had a buggy and could obviously manage, but might be a problem for people with less mobility.

Petit hôtel avec confort minimum mais personnel sympathique et bon petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Le lit était confortable avec un bon matelas. Il y a une armoire pour ranger les affaires.
La petit déjeuner était très bien.
Le personnel était très sympathique et nous a aidé à trouver un taxi un urgence. Encore merci à eux.
L'hôtel n'est pas loin de la gare principale de Munich.
A noter que la rue où est situé l'hôtel est très tranquille , ce qui est très très rare dans le quartier de la gare.
Il y a plusieurs restos à proximité.

Cons:

C'est un tout petit hôtel.
La chambre et la salle de bains étaient à l'image de l'hôtel : minuscule.
Nous avons eu du mal à trouver où mettre nos valises.
Heureusement que nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit.

Short stay near main station.
Pros:

Clean. 7min walking from the main station and airport bus. Old Center is 20 min walking.

Cons:

No A/C in the room. Noise from outside ( tram and near by restaurant). The mini bar is extra charge .

Quaint rooms in a great location, friendly staff and comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was ready early which was great for us to be able to drop our luggage and check in early. Good breakfast and coffee included in the stay and a gorgeous garden sitting area

Cons:

Was a little old but very cute

NOT WORTH THE MONEY, VERY DISSAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
Pros:

room is spacious
Basic amenities present in room.
no tea/coffee machine.

Cons:

The list is too long.
Ageing : 0/10 - The property is too old, may be 60-70 old year building & rooms say the same story from inside as well.
Beds : 2/10 - The beds are almost dead, pretty uncomfortable.
Curtains : 4/10 - curtains do not coverup outside light, need to keep adjusting..
Toilets 0/10 : Too old & flush doesn't work well, had to flush for 4-5 times are usage. very embarrassing. on the last day flush did not work at all, had to leave a note of warning.
Phone : 0/10 - No phone in the rooms, have to go all all the way to reception if you have to ask for something.
Tea/Coffee : 2/10 - no kettle/tea coffee machine is provided. Though they extended me to use coffee machine from restaurant when asked for.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, hearing the church bells from our room was lovely. It’s in a good location. We were able to hop on electric scooters, walk to Springfest, get the train all very close. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Under the toilet seat wasn’t properly cleaned.
