The room needs to paint. And refurbish
Staff attitude. Easily get agitated. I am paying guest of coz I will can questioned the hygiene of your room, the towels and bed linen. If feel sick of it then don't run a hotel..
For God sake I paid 82++ for not even a day
I was in penang I paid 50 and stayed in a super nice and clean hotel.

To be fair
Pros:

Cleaning was very good , the staff were really good and very reactive to any request

Cons:

Rooms have no windows , humidity , mold , no mirror in the bathroom, location is not suitable for a hotel since its a car maintenance area , no good restaurants or other facilities around , walls with falling plastering , walls need cleaning not just the floor
