Not a great experience at all
Pros:

Beautiful location and the reception staff did their best

Cons:

Very disappointed.
Ratings suggested that this would be a reasonable 3 star hotel option, but it was not.
Especially thought that it would be a good option since it was an Abba group hotel,, but it was not.
The hotel seems dated.
Booked and paid for a double bed and got twin beds.
Staff did their best to accommodate but this negotiation should not have been required.
Given a more 'superior room' which on the surface did look reasonable but the bathroom was not clean and there was an odour.
There was long hair on the bathroom floor and hair in the bidet. The bath plug was broken and could not be used. There were no bath taps. To fill the bath one must use the shower head.
Reportedly dog friendly but our 3kg dog was to stay in the room if we chose to go to the restaurant as not allowed in the restaurant.
One of us therefore could not go for a meal and also no room service or allowed to pay for and take food to the room. The hotel is far from any amenities, so going out for a meal would not have been an easy option.
Food in restaurant very basic and one of the people in our party described the desert offered as "stale".
Hotel seemed understaffed and understocked.
First time anywhere where no big brand names like Coke or Pepsi available at the bar.
I am only posting a photo of a bar table, but could share photos of bathroom issues if requested.

Pros:

El lugar donde se encuentra el hotel y sus vistas son preciosos. La habitación y baño amplios, modernos y con una terraza con las mejores vistas. El personal del hotel muy amable.

Cons:

Que no tuviera mosquiteras en las puertas del balcón para poder dormir con ellas abiertas.

Es war ein schöner entspannter eintägiger Aufenthalt
Pros:

Freundliche hilfsbereite Personal. Die Lage war super und ruhig. Das Essen war liebevoll vorbereitet und schmackhaft. Das Frühstück war üppig und sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel

Cons:

Nachts war es ziemlich kühl. Es gab nicht ausreichend Decken. Da haben wir schon etwas gefroren. Da wir nur 1 Nacht geblieben sind, konnte ich diesen Mangel an der Rezeption nicht weiterleiten.

Buena estancia.
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena. Alrededores preciosos si te gusta hacer excursiones. Desayuno completo.

Cons:

Baño un poco anticuado. Nos pareció un poco excesivo 30€ noche por poder llevar un perro.

Una estancia decepcionante por la mala organización, el ruido constante y la información contradicto
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel y las vistas desde las habitaciones es lo mejor del hotel.

Cons:

Indicaban que no se admitían perros, pero el alojamiento estaba lleno de ellos y los ladridos eran constantes. El aparcamiento estaba tan saturado que apenas se podía mover el coche.

Además, durante el check-in, la trabajadora nos aseguró que el desayuno estaba incluido. Sin embargo, al entrar en el restaurante nos hicieron pasar un momento muy incómodo, como si estuviéramos intentando colarnos. No fue así: simplemente seguimos la información que nos habían dado en recepción. Una experiencia desagradable provocada por la mala organización y la falta de comunicación del alojamiento.

A very comfortable large hotel with great food and views but you need a car to get into town.
Pros:

Very polite and helpful staff. Great food especially the wide choice and spread at breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room. We used the pool which was very nice and had a great view across the valley.

Cons:

We were walking the GR11 so we’re on foot and the hotel is quite close to the track but quite a walk from the centre of town.

Pros:

Chambre assez vaste, avec un balcon offrant une superbe vue sur la vallée et les montagnes alentours

Cons:

Hotel très éloigné du centre ville (2km) et chambre ayant besoin d'être rafraîchie. Salle de bain vieillotte avec baignoire et rideau de douche désagréable.

Great hotel with amazing views
Pros:

A very nice hotel when passing through the Andorra area.
I got a big room with balcony with amazing views of the mountains and the city in the valley.
The restaurant has big panorama windows to enjoy the view when eating, and I was most impressed by the breakfirst which was particularly good. You will also find a nice swimmingpool outside. Short drive from places of interest.
