Paz e Sossego garantido
Pros:

Sossego, facilidade em estacionar, respeito dos clientes uns pelos outros especialmente à noite. Ouvia-se gente mas nada de especial.

Cons:

Clarabóia… Acordou toda a gente às 6h da manhã. Mas, é o que é. Garantiu que ninguém adormecia de manhã.

Excepcional!!
Pros:

O alojamento é excepcional. Desde a chegada na recepção com o atendimento 5 estrelas. O quarto é espantoso com tudo o que precisamos, vista para a piscina fenomenal e com uma mesinha para poder estar a beber o café com muita paz e tranquilidade. Tudo muito limpo e super prestáveis no pedido especial que fizemos. Recomendo!!!!

Bom apartamento, serviço de receção deixa a desejar no apoio ao cliente
Pros:

Equipa de limpeza e do pequeno almoço muito simpáticas. Bom pequeno almoço, piscina e apartamento.

Cons:

A fechadura eletrónica não funcionava e não nos deram uma alternativa para podermos a porta do apartamento livremente, só no dia a seguir de manhã, quando a resolução para o problema era mudar três pilhas AA. O apartamento tinha bastantes formigas principalmente na zona da casa de banho e uma zona da parede no hall de entrada estava partida.

Simpatia dos funcionários, camas confortáveis.

Cons:

Não há um bloqueio nas escadas do quarto o que torna muito perigoso para crianças pequenas, havia material de "obras" com agentes perigosos e uma bilha de gás no páteo das traseiras de acesso fácil às crianças (porta da cozinha) e havia muitas formigas na cozinha.

Really nice hotel, great value for money!
Pros:

Great hotel, the room was lovely and the surrounding areas are beautiful, can walk to the village of Ferragudo easily or get a very short uber/ taxi. Staff were very nice, particularly the lady at reception

Cons:

Only think I noticed was that the bins and towels were not changed during our stay
