La cortesia del personale, all'arrivo e ogni giorno.

Cons:

Il tetto di eternit che si vedeva dal terrazzo della mia stanza; la cucina non sempre ottima e alcuni giorni poco fornita (alla sera spesso non c'era pane e alcuni piatti cucinati male)

Lovely hotel and staff in a great location.
Pros:

Great location. Very helpful staff. Kind and friendly. Nice big room. Loved having a seating area.

Cons:

Oddly, there was soap in the shower, but none by the bathroom sink. The towels were threadbare. The floor was very uneven and not really safe to walk on.

Great location, beautiful scenery. Very nice touch with the nametag at the breakfast table! I'm pretending to write a third sentence so Booking is happy.

This is generally true in this region of Austria. All rooms are dimly lit! Please buy proper overhead lights. I want to be able to read.
