Am anulat rezervarea

Cons:

Receptionerul a avut o atitudine extrem de aroganta fata de noi inca de la inceput. Nu a dat dovada de nici un pic de empatie fata de niste clienti obositi care condusesera 1300 km. Am venit cu o remorca mica atasata la masina si solutia dansului a fost sa o parcam pe iarba, la o distanta mare de hotel. Cand i-am explicat ca nu este o solutie acceptabila deoarece trebuie sa fim siguri ca nu va fi sparta, sa gaseasca alta solutie, nu ne-a ajutat in nici un fel, zicandu-ne ca si alti clienti au dreptul la parcare. Am anulat rezervarea si ne-am cazat in alta locatie unde cineva chiar si-a dat interesul si a gasit o solutie pentru remorca noastra. Nu recomand!

Und dann 2 x angerufen…vergebens …
