Beautiful adults only hotel and nice breakfast

The staff were welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable- would recommend the hotel throughly and hope to return!

Charming and efficient

Nice quality hotel. Breakfast was lovely the room was very good indeed.

A really nice modern hotel, with a nice pool area. Really good restaurant (fantastic gyros!). Front desk really helpful sorting taxis and car hire (really efficient service for that!). Rooms a good size and comfortable. Only down side was that the balcony rarely had any sun on it, which made the room a bit dark as just patio doors for natural light (we had a Design King on east wing at front). Also there is a new hotel being built over the road so some noise and nearest beach therefore unusable. Should be finished in 2026. Also quite windy when we were there in September but pool area fairly sheltered (S side)

Super Zimmerservice. Sehr schöne Poollandschaft mit bequemen Liegebetten und Sofas.
Reichhsltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr freundlichem Personal. (Herzlichen Dank Silvana und co.)
Ein adult only Hotel nur zu empfehlen,
Es hatte zwar keinen eigenen Strand aber gleich wenige Schtitte hinter dem Hotel war ein sehr schöner Strand mi türkisblaem Wasser,
Die Baustelle mit einem Neu entstehendem Hotel hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört.
Wir kommen bestimmt wider.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and the architecture was impeccable. It captured the energy and essence of a true Greek island. The swim up suite was perfect for our couple getaway.
There were 3 areas of improvement that could have made this an 5 star review.
1- the wasp nests that were located on the ceiling of the outdoor seating area for breakfast. (See picture and note)
2- a sewer smell that would come through the room from the drain of the shower.
3- A/C remotes were locked to slowest fan speed making it either really warm or cold in the room.

This hotel was one of our favorite hotels we have stayed at in some time. Very friendly staff and the food here is amazing. They have live music some nights which was also so fun. Very comfortable spacious room with so much closet space. I would definitely come back here.

Thalassa Boutique was the perfect resort for our stay in Kafalonia. The only amenity that would have been helpful would have been an ATM machine. A small gum would have been nice too. Overall hour 9 night, 10 day was superb.

On check in was told swim up room I booked was not available, would not refund so we could book a swim up at another hotel (which is what we requested) so had no choice but to accept the standard room offered with no reimbursement for the difference in price. Terrible service do not book with Expedia or stay at this hotel!

The staff are really lovely and helpful. The hotel was clean and the pool area and restaurant were fantastic. Short walk from a few really beautiful beaches and walking distance to many restaurants in Lassi. The hotel restaurant served excellent food and drinks and the view of the sea from the hotel is amazing. While the furniture in the room was dated, it had everything I needed and was large. I especially enjoyed having a sea view and my own seating area outside. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return some day.

The service from reception was extremely poor. The shower had mould in it. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Air con in the room hardly worked. Fridge in room didn’t get cold. Overall, very dissatisfied.

We showed up to the hotel after 24 hours of travel, we had booked a swim up suite for 4 nights. We arrived and they told us we could not have the room we booked 5 weeks in advance, they gave us an old basement room for our first night. I asked them to return the difference of the room prices to us, and they bluntly said they would not return any money to us.
I asked again the next day, they said they would give us a free dinner at their hotel. I said no, I want the value of the room returned, and they said no. Our service was terrible after this the entire time. The servers at the pool bar were very pleasant, the only kindness we received.

Great hotel. Fantastic staff. Breakfast great. Wonderful Pool. Don't let the building work at the front put you off. You can't hear any noise at all.

What an amazing hotel. Lovely rooms that are meticulously cleaned each day and given the turn-down service at night. Fantastic food, not only the sumptuous breakfast buffet that's included, but also the lunches and dinners a la carte - all served by friendly, smiling staff. Oh and then a cocktail bar with a glorious view to start or end the night. Cannot fault it.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The pool was gorgeous and I had an amazing view of the ocean from my room. The hotel staff were also top tier.

Quiet, tranquil hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful room overlooking the Ionian Sea on an island which felt very safe. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, the images online do not do it justice. It is quiet, and even in peak season was not super busy. The staff are lovely, and food and drinks are amazing. We were upgraded which was a suprise and the swim up rooms were incredible. We will definitely be staying here again!
