An absolute jewel in Chiang Mai - but don't tell everyone !! shhhh
Pros:

Excellent location on the north side of the old town- everything is walkable and absolutely lovely staff (Noon) !! Beautiful old style rooms with wooden floors and wooden details that make it charming - and very stylish ! a very cute pool and great decorative details all over - a little cute place for no money (!!)
The small hotel has its own coffee bar plus delish home made cakes.
I loved it and after a 4 week yoga retreat I went back with a friend who loved it too :)

Cons:

It has no elevator so if you get a room on 3rd or 4th floor you get a healthy mini work out. Not for people who don't like stairs....

Pros:

Nice and accommodating staff. Upgraded us to a larger room at no additional cost. Beautiful interior space. Felt like being inside someone’s home.

Cons:

Bed and pillows were a bit hard. Some rooms are tight. Thin walls. WiFi is spotty.

Pros:

La décoration de l’hôtel est superbe. Alors que l’hôtel donne sur le trottoir de la grande tour e du canal nord, il suffit de faire 5m dans l’hôtel pour se retrouver transporter dans un havre de paix. La décoration de l’hôtel est très belle avec quelques pièces en bois qui sont des vraies œuvre d’art. L’emplacement global de l’hôtel est appréciable et le personnel très facilitant.

Cons:

Les grandes chambres de 32m2 donnent davantage sur la route du canal que celles de 16m2. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, celles de 16m2 sont probablement moins exposées.

Very enjoyable stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Pros:

Good location! Very nice and helpful ladies at the front desk. The pool was a bonus and having a good coffee shop out front was great.

Cons:

WiFi was a little bit of an issue but it got worked out.

Great hotel but service quality can be improved
Pros:

The room is beautiful and the layout is great. Facilities are great. Walkable distance to everything in the old town.

Cons:

I liked everything about the hotel until one bad experience with one particular staff. I asked for a knife so I could cut some fruits. She muttered throughout the interaction and looked annoyed, but hey maybe she was having a bad day. She came back from the kitchen with only a plate, a spoon and a fork. Thinking it was a misunderstanding, I asked her again if she has a knife I can borrow and she said loudly "NO!" twice close to my face. It's not about the knife but it's about the lack of professionalism and friendliness. Other than her, the other staff were amazing.
