Remek szállás lefkadai kirándulásokhoz, a legszebb partok közelében, gyönyörű kilátással és nagyon jó medencével
Pros:

Gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre, tisztaság, jó elhelyezkedés!
Kedves személyzet, finom (de egyhangú) reggeli.
Az èpület nem modern, viszont karban van tartva, tisztaság van és csendes, nyugodt, hangulatos

Cons:

Gyenge wifi, sok darázs, amik ellehetetlenítették a kültéri étkezést, de szerencsére másban nem zavartak

Don’t recommend. Very old facilities, mould smell, bad food.

The view was the only thing we liked.

Very old facilities, used.
Dirty room with a strong mould smell.
Bad food.
No AC in the lobby and again old and dirty.
Very uncomfortable (and old) bed and pillows.
We only stayed for 2 nights and we couldn’t resist more.
Person at reception very u friendly, speaking over the phone when dealing with customers. The rest of the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Water in the shower was terrible. Going from hot to freezing in seconds and running weak.
Bed was noisy from every move and not so comfortable. To get to the hotel you need to walk up a hill, not easy at all.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and attended to immediately.
Reception staff was informative and as we had two bookings back to back approved our request to remain in the same room without having to check out and then check in again.
The manager was very helpful and personally addressed a maintenance issue by having the maintenance person attend to our issue on his day off.
The grounds and pool are well maintained.
Life guard on site and pool bar was well priced.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable
A/C and fridge working and are quiet.
Nice balcony with amazing sea views
Breakfast buffet had a good variety and was constantly replenished by attentive and polite staff.
Breakfast room is air-conditioned so quite comfortable.
Outdoor dining areas with amazing views are also available
Ample onsite parking under cover of trees.

La vista dalla camera, spettacolare

Cons:

Colazione veramente basica, e il fatto di far pagare i caffè espresso a parte perché quello delle macchine era imbevibile affatto piacevole
Le lenzuola non vengono cambiate tutti i giorni ma semplicemente piegate, l’ultimo giorno non abbiamo trovato neanche un rotolo di carta igienica nel bagno

Pros:

Overall, this hotel has some decent basics, but the experience leaves a lot to be desired. It feels like very little thought was put into guest service and comfort.
The Pool is nice and enjoyable (though unfortunately, it closes quite early).
The staff is generally fine and does their job.
But The hotel feels quite neglected overall and is in desperate need of a renovation. For example, the bathroom features a shower straight out of the 90s.
The breakfast is poor and lacks variety. They serve the exact same limited selection every single day.
There is literally only one high chair in the entire dining room! This means that if another family is using it, you will find yourself trying to eat with your baby on your lap. It is highly inconvenient.
Bottom Line:
It’s just a shame. With a bit more thought for the guests and some investment in the facilities, this could be a great place. In its current state, it requires significant improvement.
