Pros:

Klea, the hostess, was the main reason why our stay was exceptional. She accomodated all our requests, always smiling and consistently asked if everything was to our liking. The location was perfect for all attractions near centre.

Pros:

Emplacement central par rapport aux principaux centres d'intérêt de Tirana. Le personnel est très aidant et très sympathique.

Cons:

La salle de bain fait à la fois douche, toilette et évier, tout est l'un sur l'autre sans paroi pour la douche, il faut quand-même le savoir. Tout petit parking qui fait qu'on peut parfois y rester bloqué.

Premier problème c’est le parking, il n’y a pas d’accès direct on a du faire le tour 3 fois pour se retrouver, à la fin il n’y a pas assez de place sachant qu’on a réserver une la veille, on top on doit laisser les clés de la voiture à la réception !! Malgré tout ça un homme est venu frapper très fort à notre porte de chambre à 3h30 en répétant : Open the door ! Il ne parle pas anglais! On a eu très peur sachant qu’on a un bébé ! On a répété plusieurs fois derrière la porte qu’on a pas les clés et qu’ils sont au niveau de la réception pour que le monsieur part enfin…
Au matin la réceptionniste nous dit que c’était le son remplaçant de nuit …
En plus on a eu une chambre au sous sol, chose qui n’était pas mentionné, la chambre est propre, on a pas une vraie douche dans la salle de bain comme c’est bien clair sur la photo,
En tout cas c’est un hotel que je ne recommande pas du tout !!..
Le seul point positif c’est l’emplacement

Habitación cómoda y limpia. Buena relación calidad precio. Ubicación inmejorable, muy céntrico. Parking incluido.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación estaba en frente de la recepción, por lo que no era muy silenciosa. Es zona de paso por lo que se escucha todo.
La ducha no está diferenciada del retrete por lo que se moja todo el baño, pero esto es algo que nos hemos encontrado por varios hoteles de Albania ...

Mooie, schone kamer met goede bedden. Een airco deed het niet. Gelukkig de andere wel! Badkamer was comfortabel, maar werd wel helemaal nat na het douchen, omdat er geen douchewand/gordijn was. Verder erg tevreden

Básico correcto, caro para lo que es

Ubicación, cama y la recepcionista Clea, una habitación correcta básica, el precio alto

Cons:

Las 2recepcionistas de la noche horrible, le pedí x favor comprar una botella de agua para tomar un medicamento y me dijeron que no, el agua del grifo no sé puede beber
La habitación estaba bien pero como en un subsuelo, parecía un sulo
