Cons:

Es war leider sehr dreckig, bzw. War das Bett voller Haare, egal wo mindestens 10 Stück. Im Bad lagen leider auch Haare auf dem Boden und im Waschbecken. Leider wurde das Laminat auch nicht richtig verlegt, kleine stolper gefahr. Als wir eingeschickt haben und dies alles gesehen haben wollten wir eigentlich wieder direkt fahren, aber das wäre zu weit gewesen um nach Hause zu fahren.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, ruhige Gegend mit Restaurants in der Nähe und gute Anbindung- Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür und kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße.

Sehr zuvorkommendes sehr herzliches Team, Zimmer sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Lage ist Flughafen nah aber durch Nachtflugverbot dennoch sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es funktioniert alles und ist auch sauber.

Der kontaktlose Check in.

Cons:

Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns überhaupt nicht gestimmt.

Bereits beim Check-in haben wir zunächst ein falsches Zimmer erhalten. Dort fehlten die Handtücher komplett und das Badezimmer wirkte nicht besonders sauber. Nach einem Zimmerwechsel war das neue Zimmer zwar in Ordnung, allerdings gab es auch dort einige Mängel: Der Balkon war deutlich renovierungsbedürftig, das Badezimmer sehr klein und roch feucht. Als wir uns aufs Bett setzten, fielen sogar Latten aus dem Bettgestell heraus. Außerdem war der Spiegel beschädigt.

Auch das angepriesene Frühstücksbuffet hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Die Auswahl bestand lediglich aus zwei Brötchensorten und Croissants. Dazu bekam jeder Gast einen Teller mit einer kleinen Standard-Wurst- und Käseplatte. Von einem Buffet hatten wir uns deutlich mehr Vielfalt erhofft.

Insgesamt waren wir enttäuscht und finden, dass das Hotel für den gebotenen Standard zu teuer war.

Es hatte nur in einem Zimmer eine Belüftung - dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, war mir bewusst.

Ein sehr schönes und interessantes kleines Hotel mit super Frühstück und einer sehr netten Inhaberin. Diese Adresse ist jederzeit einen Besuch wert. Weiter so. Super.

El personal es maravilloso , todo el establecimiento está decorado con gusto y es muy acogedor. El desayuno completo. Ubicación perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto, estación de tren y centro de Düsseldorf.
