Everything you could want to enjoy Madrid
Pros:

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Location is fantastic for walking almost everywhere you will want to go as a tourist or metro stop is right outside hotel. Nice clean hotel with spacious, air conditioned rooms modernly furnished with balconies overlooking Puerta del Sol. Breakfast consistently good - eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, baked goods and iberian specialties. Staff are extra friendly, speak English and will help with anything including delayed luggage.

vriendelijk personeel. Ik werd naar de kamer begeleid. Telkens je binnenkomt krijg je een begroeting, fijn dat er altijd iemand is. In de lobby staat er infused water klaar voor de gasten. Je bent dichtbij de metro alsook de winkelstraat. Ik had een kamer die uitkeek op een koepel waardoor ik amper lawaai hoorde van de straat. Prima en voldoende ruime kamer met koelkast en airco.

Excelente ubicación y comodidad en la Puerta del Sol

Me encantó la ubicación, a pocos pasos del metro Sol, y cerca de todos los puntos turísticos. Las habitaciones son cómodas y de tamaño suficiente, con todas las amenidades básicas, incluyendo aire acondicionado, tetera y frigobar. El personal es muy amable, nos guardaron el equipaje sin costo, previo al check in, y cuando regresamos, nuestras maletas ya estaban en la habitación. Además el precio es muy competitivo, en comparación con otros hoteles de la misma zona

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es que la supuesta cama doble en realidad son dos camas individuales, colocadas juntas. Pero todo lo demás estuvo excelente
