Fantastic location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is tops. Just off Sol Square, so close to the action but protected from the noise. Everything in central Madrid is within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were very efficient, professional and friendly. The room was slightly small but otherwise fine. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

What a lovely hotel in a lovely position in the centre of Madrid
Pros:

Excellently positioned in the Centre. Fab staff very helpful. Rooms amply sized. Room cleaned every day.

Cons:

We personally are used to duvets on beds so sheets and a spare blanket not perfect but that is my opinion. Fridge in the room was a fab bonus, unfortunately it rained most our stay but would imagine in the summer a blessing.

Excellent location for a hotel with super helpful & friendly staff
Pros:

Unbeatable location... and very useful to have a parking place/underground with the hotel room. Very nice and helpful staff (with parking, with drinks....). really the staff makes the difference vs other hotels nearby in this very touristic area. Nice room, quite big. Comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing expect the price which is on the high side as no gym/no spa.

¡Hala Madrid!
Pros:

Una delle cose che mi ha colpito di più è sicuramente la posizione, nonché la vista su Puerta del Sol.
Le stanze si presentano super pulite e di giuste dimensioni, mentre il personale lo abbiamo trovato molto gentile e pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze.
Tutto sommato la struttura presenta un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
