Cons:

Personalul arogant, prea multe probleme cu check-in și check-out, mi s a cerut plata înca o dată la intrare și plecare cu motiv că nu sunt siguri de plată deși plata fusese făcută prin booking. Plata ceruta pentru parcare mult prea mare pentru ceea ce oferea.

Cons:

Le personnel de la reception fesais aucun effort pour parler ou traduire en Français . Le parking de l hotel est beaucoup trop chère est il y a aucune garantie d avoir sa place de park libérée , inadmissible pour le prix que sa coûte. Ce n est pas normal de devoir laisser mon véhicule mal stationner et avoir l obligation de laisser les clès de voiture a la personne de l hotel pour qu il déplace ma voiture lorsque une place serra libéré par un client qui n as même pas payer le parling . TRÈS TRÉS mauvaise gestion a ce sujet la et aucun professionalisme de leurs pars.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, 24/7 Rezeption, Frühstück klassisch+gut. Obwohl ich zu früh angereist bin, bekam ich nach wenigen Minuten ein Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Nasszelle (Dusche, WC) ist funktional und sauber, aber ziemlich klein. Trotzdem zufriedenstellend.

Cons:

The hotel is located in an area that did not feel very safe or inviting. Unfortunately, we were assigned one of the older rooms, which was outdated and in need of renovation. The breakfast was also disappointing—the bread was stale and hard, and the overall selection did not meet our expectations.
