No Air conditioner the whether is to hot 80 degrees when I was there for 4 nights and no fridge or coffee machine just bed and bath only that’s little bad for 4 nights I can cancel my bucking so I stay there

To my surprise I was transferred to another hotel about 100 meters away. This was done without any warning, I just received email on morning 2 am about transfer. There as nothing I could do about it as it was one way communication.

The conditions were far below expectations. The room was extremely small, the TV barely worked, there was no refrigerator, and the walls were so thin that you could hear absolutely everything from neighboring rooms and hallways. It was very uncomfortable and impossible to properly rest.
I understood the hotel’s cancellation policy and accepted that the room payment would not be refunded. That was not the main issue anymore, since we decided to find another accommodation.
What was truly disappointing was the lack of professionalism from one member of the staff during check-in. He assured me multiple times that at least the parking fee (32 CHF) would be cancelled/refunded so I would not have to pay it.
The next day, when I returned the key, his colleague — who was actually polite and professional — checked the system and confirmed that her colleague from the previous day had never cancelled the parking as promised. So despite repeatedly assuring me that it had been taken care of, he had done absolutely nothing.
When I tried to calmly discuss the situation, his attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, with no empathy toward customers at all. He seemed extremely stressed and unprofessional, and honestly not suited for customer service.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
Lovely hotel with tram very close for the 15min trip to central railway station. Excellent customer service.
That it was the 4th hotel we had been booked into for the day. (long story)
