Habe am Nachmittag Direkt im Hotel Angerufen um ein Zimmer zu Buchen.
Dann wurde mir (für meine Geschmack) unfreundlich geraten, dass ich dies über Booking machen soll.
Nun stand ich am Abend ohne Zimmer da, da das Hotel überbucht war.
Es wurde zwar eine Alternative gesucht und gefunden, Aber nach einem langen strengen Arbeitstag, war das sehr nervenraubend und absolut nicht kundenfreundlich, vor allem da ich knapp 3h vor dem Buchen persönlich angerufen habe,

مكان الشقة وصعوبة التواصل مع صاحب الشقة وصعوبة الحصول على مفتاح الشقة وكذلك كتبت انا ارغب الشقة ل 4 اشخاص وللأسف الشقة فقط ل 3 اشخاص

Pros:

Ótimo atendimento e quarto confortável.

Cons:

A falta de frigobar no quarto. Mas foi algo sanado pelo atendimento do hotel que ofereceu uma solução alternativa.
