Overall Good
Pros:

Great locations, check in took a long time due to one guest, nice protected parking area as it is a gated club. Breakfast was good. Room was large and A/C worked well. Easy to find and drive around to.

Cons:

The room was a little dated and bed was hard as a rock, but overall good for a short stay

This hotel was highly recommended by friends and we would definitely be going back great location.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice took alittle long but that was explained why.
Had to wait for juice as it wasn’t out to help yourself. Safe very attentive.

Cons:

In the room there was tea and coffee and a kettle but no sugar or cream.

NOT THE STANDARD TYPE. BUT ACCEPTABLE AS I AM IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY.

Cons:

I NEVET FILL MY PLATE AS SOME PEOPLE DO ST A BUFFET. I WENT FOR A LITTLE MORE AND WAS TOLD ONLY ONE HELPING ALLOWED. A BETTER WAY TO ADDRESS THE SITUATION.FORTUNATELY NO OTHER GUESTS WERE PRESENT!

The history of the club and pool

It was very old fashioned it needs to be modernised. The shower rail was rusty, settee in bedroom was full of stains.

Will return especially for the good food!
Pros:

Loved the Jamaican breakfast. woukd return just for this. Staff was incredible polite and so helpful.

Cons:

hair dryer was broken, continental breakfast (eggs and toast took long time to prepare) so just be aware if children do want this.

Pros:

The location was convenient staff were helpful and The room was clean.

Cons:

I think they could have had a little bit more hot beverages choices apart from tea and coffee and the room needed a little bit more renovation of keep like the door to the balcony.

Decepcionante, mala relación calidad precio.
Pros:

En su momento sería un hotel icónico pero necesita muchos arreglos. La cama era grande y cómoda, había aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo.

Cons:

La piscina era una charca caliente sin ningún sistema de limpieza, no era muy seguro el baño. El restaurante deja mucho que desear, a la hora de cenar no tenían ni la mitad de la carta, son muy lentos. Avisamos si íbamos a tener algún problema con el desayuno porque somos vegetarianos y nos dijeron que no, que era buffet… el buffet eran cuatro ollas de pescado, ternera y un verduras hervidas sin sal, la única opción que tuvimos para desayunar. El personal tampoco es muy atento y parece que les moleste.

I filed a complaint. Read it. Little support from booking.com representitive. I could not stay in one of the rooms due to poor quality. I reported issue to hotel. They chargef my credit card full amount
