Pros:

It has a very central location which is very convenient

Cons:

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, I had noisy neighbors and not so friendly staff.

Horrible. Just Horrible.
Pros:

This hotel needs a complete overhaul. We were there for the Ride Ya Bike event. I could not even get an extra blanket in the room the rooms were filled with mosquitoes because the bathroom windows were open. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Cons:

The entire hotel needs to be renovated.

Stay was ok but machine for American Express card was not working.
Pros:

Room was on the first floor I requested a ground floor.
Toilet didn’t work.
Was told we could have a late check out but this information was passed on to the day staff.

Cons:

Toilet didn’t flush.
Reception kept calling our room asking us to check out when we told we could checkout at 1pm.

Cons:

Room was dilapidated, tiles old cracked and dirty. Old stains. Food is of poor quality. Delayed response to customer complaints. This place needs a complete makeover. Location is excellent but facility is run down.

The breakfast is really good, traditional Jamaican.
The restaurant is also good.
