The hotel has a lot of potential, which is why it's disappointing to see it not being managed to its full capability. Rather than operating as a traditional hotel, it may be better suited as a motel-style accommodation, focusing on providing clean, comfortable, and practical stays.

One of its biggest strengths is the beach. The scenery is beautiful and has the potential to be a major attraction. Unfortunately, the beach is littered with bottles and rubbish, making it difficult for guests to fully enjoy it. Regular beach clean-ups and better waste management would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

Customer service is another area that could be improved. A warm smile, a friendly greeting, and welcoming guests with genuine enthusiasm can leave a lasting positive impression. Hospitality is not only about the facilities but also about making guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.

With better management, improved cleanliness, and a stronger focus on customer service, this property has the potential to become a much more enjoyable and memorable destination.

We booking double and single twin bed, but they give us both single bed. When i call the hotel they said need deposit $50 but after we arrive they ask for $200 deposit. Very dissapointed!!

Elevator of hotel side not working. Wifi connection poor. Swimming pool look unclean and unappealing. Not much eateries nearby. Shower door broken.

the showering water is 24hr hot. cant adjust to cold water (room 408)

1.there no baby cot as per stated there is a baby cot.

2.plss check the airconditioner,during my 2days stay aircond at the living room not cooling

3.the aircond remote controller some doesnt have battery some have battery but the battery doesnt good.

4.plss check all the door knob and door lock every room as my apartment the door knob and lock at the living room toilet didnt function well. Im worried about my kids if they are locked inside.

5.water heater doesnt working.

6.plss upgrade your television because not everybody want to use any gadget(smart phone).

7.plssss check your wifi as my stay at the apartment the wifi range was really poor. I can only detect 1floor1 and 4floor1 i was stay at the 3rd floor.

8.the blanket feels really itchy and not comfortable.

There's no facilities for laundry ( washing machine / dryer ) at all..+ the tv is no power supply..same issues like our previous stay during last year .
