Неймовірне розташування, чиста постіль, мінібар.

Cons:

Відсутність smart tv, зламаний штопор для платного вина (новий так і не принесли, хоча на ресепшні обіцяли). Стягнули плату за клінінг килима після пролиття келиху червоного вина. Питань до цього не маю, але чи могли б ви ставити в номер біле, а не червоне? 😁

Pros:

Розташування в самому центрі міста, вигляд номеру відповідає світлинам сайту, чистота, кондиціонер та душ працює справно, ліжка дуже комфортні та мʼякі, давно не спала так добре в готелях, загальне враження в цілому позитивне і відповідає ціні та якості послуг

Cons:

телефон готелю зазначений на сайті виявився не дійсним і довелось їхати особисто щоб дізнатись чи можна заселитись раніше, але номер не був готовий для заселення навіть в зазначений на сайті час, настінні світильники біля ліжка не працювали, погана шумоізоляція коридору готелю

Pros:

Были трое суток. Прекрасное расположение - в самом центре города. В целом чисто - и номер, и зал ресторана. Приятные контактные горничные. Завтраки на твердую 4 - голодные не оставались, но за мелочи вроде пересушенных жаренных яиц, вчерашнего салата и чёрствого хлеба бал снимаю.

Cons:

Нелюбезные дамы на рецепции, за всё время прибывания ни разу не поздоровались (даже в ответ)). Номер стандарт просто крошечный, балкончик аварийный и замусоренный, дверь туда даже не открывается.
В целом не могу сказать, что плохо, но по отзывам ожидали лучшего)

Pros:

Готель у центрі міста, дуже гарні сніданки, чисті номери.

Cons:

В душі текла лійка. Душ встановлений дуже високо, потрібно тримати лійку в руках, щоб помитись комфортно. Але тримаючи в руках, вода тече зі шланга вниз.
Дуже шумно, так як вікна в номері виходили на проїжджу частину. А з закритим вікном у номері було надто душно.

Вцілому дуже задоволена!
Pros:

Місцерозташування ідеальне. Вай фай працював нормально. Рушники змінювали кожного дня.
