Vista spettacolare su Shkoder

Soggiornare all’Hotel Rozafa di Scutari è stata un’esperienza davvero bellissima! ❤️ Siamo state accolte con una gentilezza e un’ospitalità davvero speciali e, con nostra grande sorpresa, ci è stata assegnata anche una splendida suite, ancora più bella di quanto ci aspettassimo.

La vista sulla città era semplicemente meravigliosa, soprattutto nelle ore serali. La camera era spaziosa, pulita, elegante e molto confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la disponibilità e la cordialità del personale, sempre attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza.

La posizione è ottima per visitare Scutari e vivere la città comodamente. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, che ci ha fatto sentire davvero coccolate.

Consigliamo assolutamente l’Hotel Rozafa a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Scutari: ospitalità, comfort, pulizia e una vista spettacolare. Torneremo sicuramente soprattutto per la stanza 404!

looks impressive but with bugs..
Pros:

The service was nice, and the location was perfect, right in the middle of the city with lots of stores nearby. free good parking.

Cons:

the room had a lot of insects and even on the bed! we showed pictures of this to the reception. also air condition in the rooms was poor. very very disappointing

Amazing! Very comfy and friendly!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was my first time staying here, and from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The parking was very convenient, and the property is less than a one-minute walk from the center, making it the perfect location to explore Shkodër. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. If every hotel treated guests like this, I’d never want to go home. Next time I’m in Shkodër, this is exactly where I’ll be staying. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had high expectations, but unfortunately this hotel didn’t quite live up to its advertised 4-star rating. In our opinion, it feels more like a 3-star hotel.

The breakfast was quite basic. It included many local products, which is nice if you enjoy traditional Albanian food, but there were very few alternatives. Surprisingly, there was no fresh bread despite Albania being full of fantastic bakeries—only sliced bread.

We stayed in the jacuzzi room, which was very spacious, but not very practical. There were very few power outlets to charge devices, and the ones next to the bed didn’t even work. The room also included a kettle, but no tea, coffee, sugar or anything to actually use it with, making it seem rather pointless.

The “jacuzzi” was disappointing. It’s really just a standard bathtub with a simple hydromassage system. The jets were barely noticeable, and there was a significant water leak underneath, flooding the bathroom every time we used it. We had to use all the towels just to keep the floor dry. It also wasn’t particularly clean, as there was sand and dirt inside the tub when we first filled it.

There is no separate shower, so you have to shower standing inside the bathtub, which isn’t the most comfortable option.

Parking is available, but it isn’t very convenient. The parking area is quite limited, and every time you want to enter or leave, you have to ask the staff to open and close the gate, which quickly becomes inconvenient if you’re using your car frequently.

On the positive side, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, parking was available, and the location is excellent if you’re visiting Shkodër.

Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, but it definitely doesn’t meet the standards we would expect from a 4-star property.

Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Grote kamer. Aan de warme kant, gelukkig kon de balkondeur een stukje open ‘‘s nachts. Restaurant is uitstekend. Ontbijt goed. Parkeren bij het hotel.

Cons:

Er is een enorme rioolstank in de doucheruimte. Zo erg dat we ons zo min mogelijk in wilde begeven. De deur moest echt dicht blijven. Dat kan echt niet voor een viersterren hotel. Eigenlijk voor geen enkel hotel.

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer Richtung Baustelle. Wegen der Baustellenlampen war es die ganze Nacht (fast) taghell in unserem Zimmer. Da wir nur zwei Nächte da waren, lebten wir damit. Unbedingt bei der Buchung ein Zimmer verlangen, welches nicht zur Baustellenseite liegt.
