Pros:

we got a free upgrade. Very nice room. Marco was extremely helpful. great you can leave your luggage when you go on the hike from to Valbone to theth.

Il est inadmissible qu'un hotel ou on est censé dormir, vous loue des chambres donnant sur les travaux d'agrandissment de l'hotel et qu'ils travaillent de nuit ! Mon épouse avait des boules quiès et a pu s'endormir, moi à 1h30 du matin je suis descendu à la reception ou la personne a convenu qu'il y avait beaucoup de bruit avec une machine qui faisait des travaux . Il m'a certes proposé une autre chambre mais vu l'heure et la gène de déplacer mon épouse j'ai décliné.
Le pire c'est le manager qui le matin en partant vient me voir tout condescendant "que puis je pour vous sir?" je lui explique ma nuit et lui propose de contacter la personne de service si besoin. Il me répond "non, je vous crois mais vous n'avez pas changé de chambre donc pas de geste commercial! et il est parti sans se retourner quand je lui ai demandé à quoi servait un hotel si ce n'est dormir, et qu'ils pourraient éviter de louer les chambres donnant sur le chantier ! Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner est infecte!

Soggiornare all’Hotel Rozafa di Scutari è stata un’esperienza davvero bellissima! ❤️ Siamo state accolte con una gentilezza e un’ospitalità davvero speciali e, con nostra grande sorpresa, ci è stata assegnata anche una splendida suite, ancora più bella di quanto ci aspettassimo.

La vista sulla città era semplicemente meravigliosa, soprattutto nelle ore serali. La camera era spaziosa, pulita, elegante e molto confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la disponibilità e la cordialità del personale, sempre attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza.

La posizione è ottima per visitare Scutari e vivere la città comodamente. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, che ci ha fatto sentire davvero coccolate.

Consigliamo assolutamente l’Hotel Rozafa a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Scutari: ospitalità, comfort, pulizia e una vista spettacolare. Torneremo sicuramente soprattutto per la stanza 404!

looks impressive but with bugs..
Pros:

The service was nice, and the location was perfect, right in the middle of the city with lots of stores nearby. free good parking.

Cons:

the room had a lot of insects and even on the bed! we showed pictures of this to the reception. also air condition in the rooms was poor. very very disappointing

La habitación olia a sudor, daba para una obra detras y estubo toda la noche trabajando los obreros y no dormí nada solo escuchaba la obra, fui a la excursión sin dormír.
