Pues sinceramente nada la piscina parecía una charca de pequeña,las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado,muebles viejos los baños con azulejos de diferentes modelos,bastante viejo,una desepcion .no lo recomiendo para nada

Pros:

El hotel tiene un personal fantástico, son muy educados y agradables. El hotel es muy confortable. A pesar de estar en una habitación en la parte baja y que daba directamente al bar y a la piscina, era muy silencioso.

Cons:

Esta bastante bien situado, pero es un poco complicado aparcar.

El buffet penoso. Muy poca variedad para elegir y para cenar todo salseo en forma de guisos de carne de cerdo. Estuvimos 3 noches y las dos primeras que eran entre semana fue la misma cena, el mismo guiso de carne, nuestra sensación que eran las sobras de la comida que nos ponían en la cena. La opción ensalada tampoco tenían variedad, la lechuga fatalmente cortada y presentada. El último dia que era viernes mejoró algo pero en general un buffet muy malo.
Sin duda, no repetiría.

Comodidad, buena ubicación y gran atención
Pros:

Muy buena estancia. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, y la ubicación es excelente para moverse por Puerto de la Cruz. Además, el hotel cuenta con un gimnasio muy completo, un punto muy positivo para quienes desean seguir entrenando durante su estancia.

Cons:

Como única pega, el aparcamiento. Aunque no es culpa del hotel, ya que se encuentra en una zona rodeada de viviendas y otros hoteles, puede resultar difícil encontrar sitio en las inmediaciones. Aun así, con un poco de paciencia y dando una vuelta por la zona, suele aparecer alguna plaza.
