Une expérience parfaite.
Le cadre est idyllique et le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours accueillant et attentionné.
Arrêt de bus juste en face de l'hôtel, très pratique pour les déplacements.
Petit-déjeuner excellent, avec une vue magnifique sur le Cervin.
Rien à redire, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir dès que possible.

Maravilhosa, uma das melhores da Suíça em geral. Amei
Pros:

O hotel é paradisíaco as acomodações são extremamente aconchegantes e o David nos atendeu de forma gentil e cordial, belíssimo café da manhã, fica há menos de um km da estação do bondinho para mather Horn, dica tem um ponto de ônibus em frente e aqui os ônibus da estação de trem até o metrô são gratuitos ida e volta.

Amamos o silêncio a paisagem de tirar o fôlego. Vamos voltar com certeza

Hôtel où on se sent vite chez soi
Pros:

Petit hôtel très charmant, avec une vue sur le Cervin à couper le souffle. Le personnel est adorable et le petit-déjeuner est copieux, généreux et composé de bons produits. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Prepare for stairs
Pros:

Great views of the Matterhorn peak at any time of day.

Cons:

It is not close to the train station! And to get to it, on foot, with luggage is not for everyone. You need to carry your bags up some stairs across the river. I think there is some bus as well, but we haven’t seen it.
Breakfast is pretty limited and if you want a sandwich to take away, they will charge you 4 francs.

Fantastic view of Zermatt
Pros:

Location next to the Mountain Paradise. Fantastic view of the Matterhorn from the room.

Cons:

Bit away from the main town of Zermatt. Need the local electric taxi from the station. Better call the hotel prior to arriving to book one. The taxis outside the station charge double!!
