Pros:

Precioso alojamiento con vistas a la montaña y una habitación y baño muy amplios. Desayuno estupendo.

Cons:

El alojamiento está lejos de la estación y los teleféricos y los autobuses acaban muy pronto y no coincide muy bien para llegar al hotel

Parfait, je conseille cet hôtel et je pense y retourner

La vue depuis la chambre avec balcon et l’emplacement car j’adore ce quartier de Zermatt.
Le bar à disposition à la réception avec beaucoup de choix de boissons

Friendly staff, beautiful location
Pros:

During our trip to Switzerland it was one of our favorites. Starting with the super nice staff, the location which is a bit further and bit more quiet and less touristy and also the room which is comfortable.
