Pros:

L'accueil excellentissime les explications claires precises ( en français ... pas le cas ni a Porto ni a Coïmbra)
Le restaurant très bien aussi .

Cons:

La signalisation pour acceder a l'hotel ou il faut rentrer dans le parc ( avec un grand panneau sens interdit) sinon tout a été parfait

Geweldig hotel dikke pluim
Pros:

Wat een geweldig hotel . Prachtige kamers en zeer schoon . We hebben er nog een nachtje aan vast geplakt . Goed kaart en lekker eten en mooie wijnen.
Heerlijke spa . Doordat het ietsje rustig was hebben we 2 dagen hiervan kunnen genieten met uitzicht op een riviertje

Pros:

O hotel era exatamente como descrito. O quarto onde ficámos era muito bonito, estava impecavelmente limpo e era muito confortável. A vista para o rio é uma mais valia.
Haver estacionamento de graça em frente ao hotel foi um plus.
A localização mesmo no centro de Tomar permite percorrer todos os pontos de interesse a pé
O staff foi muito simpático durante a nossa curta estadia.

Cons:

O spa poderia ser um pouco maior.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, especially the woman on front desk is very professional and warm.
Cleanliness good, comfortable room.
Surroundings were lovely, gorgeous gardens and close proximity to town.

Cons:

On the last day, unfortunately there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom (which is open), likely from the sewage because there had been sudden rain. We are sure it would have been addressed had we not been checking out.

Delightful. We will tell all our friends to stay at the Estalagem Santa Iria Hotel & Spa
Pros:

The person at the reception desk when we arrived was very helpful. I believe her name pronounced in English was Diane. The breakfast was great as well all the restaurant for dinner. The staff was wonderful. At dinner, our waiter Francisco was delightful. The food was very good.

Cons:

In our room the bathroom did not have ANY privacy. Since the room fits up to four people I think they need to re-think the bathroom set up. There should at least be a private door for the toilet.
