Lovely hotel, easy parking, great staff!
Pros:

Perfect location. Free, easy on site parking. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and tables were assigned for each room.

Pros:

Nagyon kedves személyzet. Parkoló a hotel előtt. Finom reggeli. A vacsorát mindenképp ajánljuk, mert isteni, 4 fogásból álló, különleges, néha újragondolt, minőségi ételekkel. Buszmegálló a hotel előtt, 3 megálló a vasútállomás.

It enabled my partner to visit Brienz as her brother had been there in 1962.
Pros:

The room was comfortable with a great bathroom. The choices on offer at breakfast were great and more than catered for a myriad of tastes.

Location is a 15 minute walk into Brienz, although there is a bus stop across the road and it's only a couple of swiss francs for the journey into the bus station, by the railway station.

Cons:

The hotel only run a 5 course tasting menu each evening for the meal and although they email you a couple of days prior to your stay offering you this, they do not make it clear that this is your only option for evening meal.

There is also an issue with flies and they have very little in the way of deterrent/prevention of being dive-bombed by swarms of them when you eat in the restaurant.

We stayed at the hotel during an extreme heatwave and whilst this is not the fault of the hotel, provision of fans would have been welcome as the rooms were uncomfortably hot.

A hotel jól megközelíthető,parkolási lehetőség,kedves személyzet.Autó szerintem nélkülözhetettlen így viszont minden bejárható/Bern, luzern, Zürich,a hegyi vonat és felvonók/

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet, nichts besonderes. Schöne Aussicht auf den See. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber frisch und gut. Das 4-Gang-Menu ist gut, wenn man kulinarisch flexibel ist, der Preis dafür ist ok.

Cons:

Der Preis für das Zimmer war zu hoch.
