Prachtig Meerzicht
Pros:

Fijn balkon in de kamer aan de meerzijde met mooi uitzicht. Fijne bedden. Lekker ontbijt. De kok zou alleen de eieren moeten laten schrikken. Die zijn niet te pellen. Super goede waterdruk in de douche.

Cons:

Ik was niet voorbereid op het feit dat er andere stekkers waren. Dat is wel iets om te weten. Bij de balie kon je omvormers lenen. Dat was heel fijn.
Bij het ontbijt moest je plaats nemen aan een tafel waar je naam op staat. Ik heb liever dat je zelf kunt kiezen. Nu zaten we apart in een ruimte weg van het ontbijt, mijn moeder is niet goed ter been, en dat was bekend. En we zaten achter een tafel met de meest onopgevoede kinderen die ik ooit heb gezien. Daardoor was het ontbijt niet echt een rustige ervaring.

Quaint family-run alpine hotel
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Cons:

As we visited in the summertime, we realised it was best to leave the window open when we slept to keep the room cool since there is no air conditioning. This is not really a critique, just a point we did not realise when we booked.

Room view was amazing, we enjoyed the balcony table a lot with an excellent view of the lake and the mountains.

Cons:

I found the practice of assigning breakfast tables to specific room numbers strange. Why not to sit another table with a better view if they are plenty of free tables?

During check-in, after seeing my Swiss address on the form the receptionist asked, “Do you live in Switzerland?” - although it was clearly written on the form. She then asked, “Do you speak some German?” We were speaking English and her English was perfectly good. These were the only two questions she asked, with no further conversation or friendly follow-up. The conversation ended there, she handed us our room cards and we left. I still wonder why the receptionist wanted to double check if i live in Switzerland and if yes, do i speak German? Was this her personal cruosity or a survey? Very welcoming (!) interaction

Great hotel , needs fans in the room.
Pros:

The hotel is very pretty , awesome service and great breakfast.

Cons:

A bit removed from the town , bus service is sometimes just once an hour , though its only a 15-18 minute walk. If the weather is warm like Europe is becoming now , the room has no fan and aircon , can get tough to sleep.

Estancia muy agradable con un desayuno estupendo

El desayuno que tenía productos locales y la limpieza. También el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Que se escuchaba el ruido de los coches ya que el hotel está pegado a la carretera.
