Nettes Hotel aber das Reiseziel entspricht nicht unserer Erwartung
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist gut, leider alles etwas sehr weitläufig wenn man das Auto im Parkhaus vom Nachbarhotel geparkt hat. Da wird es wirklich anstrengend das gesamte Gepäck ins Zimmer zu bringen.

Cons:

Wir haben unseren Urlaub abgebrochen (am Hotel lag es nicht) sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist, da wir uns in dem Ort absolut unwohl gefühlt haben. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass wir zumindest anteilig die nicht angetretenen Übernachtungen zurück erstattet bekommen.

The hotel is highly recommended due to its excellent value for money. It is clean, well equipped, and in a very convenient location.

Cons:

The lack of a reception desk does not exactly make for a warm welcome. You have to work your way through the self-check-in process on your own. Additional charges were applied without any explanation of what they were for. I assume they were correct—probably the tourist tax and parking fee—but some information would have been appreciated.

We booked a more expensive room with a balcony. The balcony is a joke! There is only enough space for one person to stand outside, with no room to sit. Charging extra for this is outrageous.

Bis auf die kleinen Stolpersteine beim Check-in war alles perfekt !!
Pros:

So einfach wie beschrieben, war der Check- In leider nicht. Wir haben jedoch die Rezeption vom Romantik Hotel gefunden und die Dame war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat für uns den kompletten Check-in erledigt. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir haben die 3 empfohlenen Restaurants besucht und waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Uns war leider nicht klar, dass die Stellplatz-Reservierung nur für den Außenbereich im Romantik Hotel gilt und deshalb sind wir in die Tiefgarage gefahren. Die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption hat uns jedoch eine Sondergenehmigung gegeben, unter Vorbehalt, dass der Stellplatz für Hotelgäste benötigt wird. Fanden wir sehr zuvorkommend.
Vielleicht sollten Sie die Stellplatzsituation explizit hervorheben.

Fantastic location.
Pros:

Excellent location, right in the center and 3 min walk from the lake. The gym was also good. The partnership with local Kaprun card meant free access to lido, public transport, boat trip etc which was a lovely surprise on check in.

Cons:

Quite confusing as it’s 2 interlinked hotels, the Fish and the Romantik hotels and unclear which facilities you can use, the free bikes aren’t for Fish customers which was disappointing. Staff we’re quite abrupt.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Fish Inn Hotel in Zell am See.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt in der Innenstadt. Das ist einerseits ein großer Vorteil, da man Restaurants, Geschäfte und den See bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Andererseits bringt die zentrale Lage auch Nachteile mit sich: Unser Zimmer mit Balkon lag direkt zur Fußgängerzone. Dadurch war es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut, sodass wir die Fenster leider kaum öffnen konnten. Zusätzlich fährt regelmäßig der Zug vorbei, was ebenfalls zu hören ist.

Das Hotel selbst wirkt neu, modern und gepflegt. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch das Frühstück – es war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war allerdings etwas unpraktisch unter einem Tisch verbaut. Dadurch konnte die kühle Luft nicht optimal zirkulieren, sodass das Zimmer leider nicht richtig gekühlt wurde.

Ein echtes Highlight war die Sommerkarte, die wir beim Check-in erhalten haben. Damit konnten wir viele Attraktionen kostenlos nutzen, darunter Bergbahnen, Eintritte und weitere Freizeitangebote. Das hat unseren Urlaub deutlich aufgewertet und bietet einen echten Mehrwert.

Insgesamt ist das Fish Inn ein modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Service, gutem Frühstück und einer hervorragenden Lage. Wer jedoch empfindlich auf Lärm reagiert, sollte nach Möglichkeit ein Zimmer wählen, das nicht zur Fußgängerzone liegt.

Es war sehr schön, mit der Sommerkarte konnte man alles umsonst mache.
Pros:

Frühstuck war einfach, aber wir sind immer satt geworden

Cons:

Die Lage ist zu zentral. Bis ca. 2 Uhr morgens drangen laute Gespräche aus der Bar zu uns, ab 6 Uhr morgens waren die Lieferwagen regelmäßig zu hören.
