River Rapids Inn

The hotel doesn't have elevators so if you are not on the first or second floor, you need to lug up your stuff flights of stairs depending on what floor your room is on.

Early check-in is available for an additional cost and don't ask for a front view because the person who was checking us in said no...so there is that (even though we were early). The balcony rooms over look the parking lot so nothing to see so don't waste your money upgrading.

There is a sign as you go into the door from the parking lot that says, "Don't leave valuables and management is not responsible for stolen or damaged property" which was surprising especially since we had to pay for n parking...?

All in all, the room was cheap, we saved a few bucks making food and free breakfast. If you are looking for a clean cheap option, this one fit the bill.

Le manque d'eau chaude pour une douche le matin. Aucun bouchon pour le bain. Téléphone dans la chambre débrancher Une seule débarbouillette pour la chambre. La piscine qui était traité à l'eau de javel (peau qui brûle après baignade pour enfant et parents)avec des tuiles de céramique manquantent. Plante en plastique dans le jacuzzi parce que celui-ci n'est plus fonctionnel. Besoin d'investisemennt de ce côté. Aucune serviette à la piscine. Déjeuner : grille pain et gaufrier qui fonctionne pas bien. Je comprends que les temps sont difficiles mais quand tu as seulement ce séjour comme vacances, c'est décevant.

رائحه الفندق كريهة وخصوصا الممرات لا يوجد اي أدوات استحمام مفارش الاسره بها بقع الثلاجه او الميني بار لا يبرد الإفطار سئ جدا

Everything seemed to be neglected...the landscaping (weeds, yucky gardens), tiles off the walls in the pool area, the shower didn't have anywhere to put soap, garbage laying around, bedroom was not tidied during our stay, our balcony was actually an asphalt roofing, paid parking, terrible signage & front facade. Very disappointing. The "little things" were missing.

The pool water was very foggy and hot tub was out of service. We chose this place mainly for those options for the kids. Also, pool tile was damaged and cut Childs foot. No first aid kit in the surrounding. Also one of rooms didn’t have the smoke alarm.

Breakfast was only 7-9, not long enough.

Fire doors to stairs propped open in numerous locations, toilet was tricky to flush and overflowed at times.

櫃檯人員態度差，我剛到的時候還不能夠check in，我問他廁所在哪裡，他告訴我在2樓，但是我不知道在2樓的走廊後面，我下去再問一次廁所在哪？途中遇到了房務人員在清理房間，他告訴我廁所的位置，並告訴我廁所是鎖住的，所以我下去櫃檯的時候跟他說廁所需要鑰匙，他一臉不悅的告訴我廁所沒有鎖，我上去樓上找到了廁所後，是鎖上的，我又再度去告訴她廁所是鎖住的，她才打電話去通知另外服務人員幫我打開，這家旅館千萬不要再去，除了房間大，早餐難吃，櫃檯人員態度都很差，千萬不要花錢去受氣。

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing.

The room was dirty overall, with the only exception being the bed sheets, which appeared clean. The bathroom was especially unacceptable, with dirt and grime on the walls and inside the bathtub.

The kitchenette was completely empty, there were no utensils, dishes, or basic kitchen equipment, making it impossible to use.

The pool was closed and the pool area was poorly ventilated, feeling more like a sauna than a place to relax.

Parking was an additional $10 per night, which was not included in the stay.

The breakfast was by far the worst I’ve ever had. The scrambled eggs had a greenish color, smelled spoiled, and were clearly not appetizing or fresh.

Despite staying for three nights, housekeeping never came to clean the room or refresh towels.

The front desk staff were not welcoming, friendly, or helpful. Customer service was disappointing throughout the stay.

There was no iron in the room, and when I asked at the front desk, they didn’t even have one available to borrow.

Overall, this hotel did not meet even basic cleanliness and service standards. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I would not recommend staying here.
